I'll start by saying that this is the second time I've tried this pizzeria in a while. They definitely put a lot of effort into making the pizza dough and using quality ingredients. It's a shame that everything fades during cooking, as they burnt all the round pizzas we tried (both tall and short), giving the entire dish a bitter, burnt flavor. The atmosphere is informal, the wait staff is very smiling and welcoming, but the owner is less so, and he comes across as a man of few words and not really suited to the role of order taker...
Prices are a bit high for what we ended up tasting. €82.20 for four pizzas, three beers, and one water...

The pizza is really good, top-notch quality. Excellent ingredients paired with a true chef's skill. The location leaves a bit to be desired, not as well-maintained as it should be given the quality of the pizza. The owner should stay behind the oven; he's unfriendly and surly. The staff, however, is nice, friendly, and fast.

Pizza comes in three different doughs and preparations: the first with a thick crust, the second made on a peel, and the third super thin all over.
The ingredients are high-quality, but in my opinion, the price is 2-3 euros higher per person than other pizzerias offering the same size.
Almost all pizzas are made with special ingredients...
