Food great, service flop... we must have waited half an hour for a bottle of mineral water. This procedure was repeated with wine and the café.

Went here for a spontaneous meal. Grill plate for 2 people. Was super tasty! Nice service and nice atmosphere. We'd love to come back on our next vacation.

There are many better food places, service was good but food average, slightly overpriced, too hot, no fans, no view. Go for an authentic Italian instead, there are plenty of them. Otherwise get a takeaway pizza from picnic and eat it by the lake, you’ll catch a breeze in the evening and enjoy the view and music

This was our second time at the Surfers Grill and we were very impressed the first time, so we went back again. 2 out of 4 Primi Piatti wasn't good, gnocchi was ice cold on the inside, the egg in the spaghetti carbonara was curdled. The service was nice but just way too fast, the bruschetta hadn't even been eaten yet the primi arrived and everything else was cleared away. The ambience was nice, you sat outside in the back yard and it looked very inviting.

Schöne Location, allerdings wird ein Filet verkauft und eher ein Rumpsteak wird serviert. Selbst nach nachfragen, ist es angeblich ein Filet. Im Vorfeld wurde auch nicht nach Medium oder Rare gefragt. War zum zweiten Mal da, sicherlich zum letzten Mal. Da fühlt man sich etwas vera…. In der Auslage lag aber Filet…

Das Fleisch, welches hier serviert wird ist wahnsinnig gut. Ein wahrer Genuss. Das Lokal von innen ist wirklich sehr ansehnlich.

20/08/2024: If there were 6 stars, I would give it for the food, atmosphere and service. Very nice owners who have been running the restaurant for years. The owners themselves arrange the tables to make the guests comfortable, bring food, come up every now and then and ask if everything is ok. Atmospheric room inside. Lots of tables outside. Waiters and owners are calling to tourists on the street. A free glass of prosecco and lemonade for children for each guest. Delicious food: grilled salmon, delicious pizza, and pasta too. Daily specials at great prices, much lower than on the menu. One day, after eating lunch, we returned there in the evening. The owners recognized us and as a thank you we were given a small dessert to drink. Very nice :)
18/08/2024: Excellent food in the center of Riva, super fast and friendly service, even if full the tables free up quickly. And above all, the prices are excellent compared to other restaurants in the area and the value for money is excellent!
