It feels like being in Japan. Wonderful. One of the few places that doesn't indulge Milanese tastes. Very attentive service.

Delicious! Small and very cute restaurant. Excellent and extremely varied food. So not just sushi, which is fantastic, but a true journey through traditional Japanese flavors. Well done! Definitely worth a try.

Going to Sumire is a journey you won't soon forget. The high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail in creating flavors, combined with the simplicity of the setting and the courtesy of the staff and owner, Taka, make this place a gateway to Osaka and the most authentic Japan. I will definitely return to enjoy the best nigiri I've ever eaten.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday, we had a great time. The food was super fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend!

There seems to be a second floor, but the restaurant is quite small, so I recommend making a reservation. If you don't make a reservation, you'll have to wait outside. They have a wide variety of menu items and the food is delicious. There are a few Japanese staff members, but the service is primarily provided by non-Japanese people, so don't expect Japanese-style service.

I recommend going for lunch for the Katsu don menu. Unfortunately, they don't serve it at dinner. The zaru soba and my chirashi were good, but we waited a long time for our food.

A beautiful place to immerse yourself in Japanese culture, recommended for lunch as you can sample various specialties, including coffee, at more affordable prices.

The food is expertly prepared, but I wouldn't give it my all because the cuisine has been adapted too much to Western tastes and doesn't feel authentic.

We had various dishes during dinner, for the simple reason that they only offer 定食（kind of combination of starter, main dish etc...）,Which is the most valuable option at Sumire(IMO). What we actually got there: Futomaki Mixed Skewers Rice With Shrimp and Seafood Curry Nattou Pollo Del Barbaro The Must Try is the Futo, made with great ingredients(鳗，鲑，虾，鱿，玉,etc...), But it wasn't cheap( 20Eur for like 8 pieces). The Mixed Skewers were also great(The ebi one was the best, really poppy and crunchy?! ). For the rest nothing was too special; especially the "Pollo Del Barbaro", normal Fried Chicken . For the atmosphere, the restaurant is small, and very busy. You'll not be able to eat for long. And only several Waiters are gentle. Overall, Not Bad.
