A "real Japan" feeling, hot dishes and sushi, skewers, fried food, all very good. We notice a desire to offer real and sincere dishes as if we were in Japan. High price, but we are in Milan and this is not an all you can eat.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here at Sumire. We ordered a Karaage Curry and the Kitsune Udon set. Curry was outstanding with good flavor and (although at the end it might have helped to have some of the pickled ginger, since there was just so much). Udon was also excellent, with good flavor. Sushi included with the set was just okay, but the food was authentic, portions were larger than expected and the pricing was fair for the area. I would not hesitate to recommend Sumire to anyone craving Japanese food here in Milan.

Excellent food, it's a shame that digestion was blocked after we witnessed for the second time a scene of arrogance and malice on the part of the owner towards the waiters in the presence of other customers.

Excellent cuisine, lots of dishes to try and all really well made.
The off-menu menu is also excellent
Medium/high prices, but it's like this everywhere now; much better to have dinner with them than in an all you can eat. I'll be back!

Un ristorante giapponese assolutamente autentico nel gusto, quindi non solo sushi ma anche tanti tanti altri piatti decisamente interessanti e soprattutto…buoni!
(Guancia di salmone arrosto e polpette di polpo eccezionali).
Non è elegante, non è economico però abbiamo mangiato davvero bene ed anche il vino italiano bevuto, un Sauvignon del Friuli, era un buon vino ed è stato venduto con un ricarico corretto, insomma, ci torneremo di sicuro.
