I had dinner at this sushi restaurant and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. I tried the wagyu rice, a dish rich in flavor and perfectly balanced, and a bao with Kobe beef that melted in your mouth, absolutely delicious. To complete the evening, I tasted some spectacular rolls, prepared with the freshest ingredients and truly remarkable attention to detail, and a well-stocked wine list. Attentive and precise service, elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place to return to! 10/10 experience

senza infamia senza lode, niente di particolare, porzioni di sashimi ventresca piccolissime e molto fini rispetto ad altri locali per il prezzo, poco sapore, sashimi salmone media qualità, locale molto freddo con tavolo traballante e risposta "abbiamo provato tante volte a sistemarlo ma non ci siamo riusciti..." maki buoni nella media ma non torneremo.

It is the second time that I have been lucky enough to come to eat in this restaurant, the cuisine is excellent, the preparation of the staff is impeccable, kind waiters, prepared to explain every single dish in detail, a relaxed atmosphere, you can talk calmly and have privacy. The dishes are presented in an excellent manner and the flavors are defined and never banal. The free tasting brought at the beginning with a non-alcoholic aperitif was very welcome, as was the plum liqueur at the end of the meal. The greeting in Japanese at the entrance and exit is a gem that will make you feel like you are in Japan for a moment. I highly recommend it and hope to return!

Abbiamo cenato a San Valentino per la prima volta in questo locale. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla loro accoglienza, personale professionale, cordiale e gentile, ambiente molto elegante e caloroso, servizio impeccabile e attento ai minimi dettagli. Menù ampio con diverse scelte (anche per chi non apprezza il pesce crudo), piatti bellissimi sia alla vista sia al palato. Unica critica: le dimensioni dei roll rendono un po' complicata la masticazione, un consiglio sarebbe più comodo ridurre la grandezza per poter assaporare meglio il piatto. Per finire un dolce che ci ha completamente sorpresi! Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare per poter provare altre pietanze!

Small restaurant, very limited number of tables. Highly reccomended to book and avoid going straight at the restaurant door expecting to find places. We tried several sushi restaurants in Torino. This is the best we found, food is full of taste, it was very good... We had menu surprize with 7 courses (90 eur/pers)... and we will definetly return.

I haven't finished my dinner yet but I can already say that it is one of the best à la carte sushi I have been to and having been to many in Lombardy and Piedmont, impeccable quality and service, refined menu and honest prices for the quality offered, we will be back

A sublime experience to say the least. Very high quality of the raw material. Among the many à la carte sushi this is certainly in first place. We will definitely be back. A journey of flavors.
