Sukhothai In Roma

30/09/2025: I don't know where to begin describing this restaurant, but I'll start by saying: what are you waiting for? The owner welcomed us with such kindness and explained everything about the dishes and Vietnamese cuisine throughout the dinner (which we particularly appreciated, given our passion for Asia). We chose the €40 menu to try various dishes and then ordered some side dishes, such as the Pho, one of the best things I've ever eaten! The flavors are fresh and delicious, an experience we'll definitely repeat!

28/09/2025: We expected to find people from Vietnam cooking. We found Italians with great experience in Vietnamese cuisine. We had a completely new experience compared to what we had learned about Vietnamese cuisine elsewhere in Europe. It was a fantastic experience, and the owner was fantastic, explaining the origins and how to eat every dish we ordered. We tasted dishes from northern, southern, and central Vietnam. Everything was tasty and very well prepared. I recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting or living in Rome; it was a fantastic experience.
