Don't miss it!
The concept of this restaurant is to serve pasta dishes to share between two. Being four friends with different tastes, we ordered three different dishes and shared them. It was super friendly, and above all, delicious!
The desserts were also very good.
The owner (I assume?) spoke excellent French and English, which was great considering our limited Italian. 😅 And the service was fast.

Another gem! Excellent food, service and atmosphere.
The owner (I think) was very nice and professional - we only had to look his way and he came right over. He also spoke perfect english, much appreciated (since we know very little Italian).
The food (we had classic bolognese for two) was delicious and tasted very genuine.
Highly recommended!

Location carina, in pieno centro a Sauze d'Oulx, presenta una buona vastità di scelta sui primi, con porzioni generose, anche se non capisco, la necessità della minima porzione per due. Comunque pasta cucinata bene, quella provata con ragù di cinghiale, molto saporita. Servizio efficiente.

Molto simpatico il proprietario del locale
Polenta taragna ottima e pasta fatta in casa con porzioni abbondanti (vengono messe al tavolo direttamente le teglie/pentole)
Molto buoni anche i dolci
