Ambience, very nice and friendly staff, a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna... fair price, if you want a Roman carbonara this is the right place 😉

Everything was delicious. But the pizza dough was a little wet, I guess because it was cold and the pizza was hot. But the taste was delicious.

That was the best pizza I've had in Rome—as was the homemade tiramisu. Amadeo let us peek into his kitchen and pizza oven. Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

The pizza is delicious! They added more mozzarella because there was very little. The burrata is delicious. The guy who greets you and serves you is super nice.

Vine aquí para el almuerzo, pedí pizza y ensalada, todo era delicioso, deliciosos cócteles. Después de buscar deliciosa pizza, regresamos aquí por segunda vez wITh gran placer y no se arrepintió! El personal es amable, el servicio es de alto nivel.

Pasé aquí tarde un lunes a las 22:45. Afortunadamente, todavía había servicio y teníamos hambre de paseos en tren. El servicio fue genial y rápido! El entrante de calamares fue el mejor que he comido. Normalmente rehuyo describir nada de lo mejor, pero así fue. También tuve el Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe y IT fue mi plato favorito en este viaje.

13/10/2025: Nicely decorated interior, good food and service.
30/09/2025: We arrived at 2:40 PM, people were still eating. We asked if we could eat and they said NO, without even offering a piece of mozzarella or ham, things that don't require cooking, if the reason for the refusal was the kitchen being closed. A restaurant doesn't refuse to let two people eat. SUCH A THING DOESN'T EXIST. And then at 3:20 PM there were still people eating. So the place was far from closed. In all of this, luck would have it that right across the street there was a welcoming, open place ready to give us an excellent lunch in the center of Rome: NEW AGE CAFE.

Borgo Antico Bar & Bistrot

12/10/2025: We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Borgo Antico. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, what took away from the experience was the service. The staff seemed to lack basic etiquette and customer engagement. For example, when we asked if they had any pizzas with ham, the response was simply, “whatever is available on the menu.” A little more courtesy and willingness to guide customers, especially first-timers, would make a big difference. Great food, but the team could really benefit from some customer service training.
21/09/2025: Menu looked appetizing online,many items to choose from,but unfortunately menu in restaurant was vastly slimmed down,was told they just have not updated website,also must have been severely understaffed as we waited almost an hour for appetizers,then waiter dropped off desert menus, after he didn't return for a half-hour we asked for the bill,just let people know what their in for when we get there,food was enjoyable.
