It's great to use while taking a break in front of the station. The clerk is also friendly.

Good pasta and I really appreciated that there is veal and not the usual pork. Too bad it's a little tasteless and has too little cheese.

Very modern place in the furnishings. Very fast service and really quality food (everything made on site, nothing frozen). Kind and super helpful staff. Personally I really enjoyed everything I consumed, especially the pizza margherita in a pan, with well-leavened dough, quality ingredients and truly expert cooking. Really recommended (also considering the location, not exactly not very touristy). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!! (Especially for those who were looking for something to eat on the fly, and who did not have too much time available to be able to consume).

Ristorante La Lampara da Peppe a Seccia

20/07/2025: A quiet place, delicious food prepared and served quickly, and a very friendly owner and staff. I highly recommend it.
17/07/2025: The best trattoria and chip shop in Salerno, without a doubt. Pepe was the grandfather who founded the restaurant, and Luca, his grandson, runs it. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. He's a wonderful person; he gives you advice and never cheats. He uses fresh, top-quality products. You can tell he's had a business in Spain because he even gave us a discount on the bill. We went back for two nights. It's at the end of the commercial street, on Via/Calle dei Doctori. If you go to Salerno, you'll eat better than at home, and he'll even tell you places and corners of the city. 100% 5 stars, and we're from Granada, where the food is also good!
