Sughero Food & Wine In Montesilvano

Wine doesn't have to be formal, and here, quality is the foundation. Matteo is a professional who knows how to advise well and has a wide range of wines. For example, I happened to be passing by, and on the wine list there's an Istrian Malvasia, a classic Apulian method pas dose, and a Pinot Noir from Languedoc. I challenge many to have such a selection. The cuisine, from finger food to traditional fare, pairs perfectly, giving a youthful touch to tradition and local produce. I always love coming back. No reservations required. Easy accessibility for the disabled. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

We received a very warm welcome, the cocktails were excellent, and the mini beef tartare tacos for the starter were a real treat. We suggested the ravioli, which was good, but the quantity was really too small. We went to another restaurant for a burger because we were still hungry. It was a shame, because it was really good, and for €80 for two, it's a shame to leave after a starter and a main course each and still be hungry.

I sometimes go with friends, and this evening I brought my family...what can I say? Fantastic, quality food, and the guys are the best, highly recommended!

A wine bar and restaurant beautifully located in Montesilvano's new seaside piazza. Matteo and his partner are perfect hosts, with an unparalleled sense of hospitality and a great ability to offer recommendations. A top-notch wine cellar, an exceptional menu, and many delicacies, all of superb quality. My compliments!

Sughero is a pleasant place, ideal for a quality aperitivo. The atmosphere is refined yet informal, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or as a couple. The highlight is undoubtedly the aperitivo menu: a wide selection of delicious and beautifully presented small dishes, with particular attention to the variety and quality of the ingredients. The first courses are very limited (only two options available), so the place isn't designed for a traditional full-course dinner. The wine list is decent, with a good selection, although not all the wines listed were actually available. However, the staff is happy to recommend good alternatives.

Sughero is now one of my favorite places. It's the right place to enjoy a dinner with top quality ingredients and a very careful presentation. Thanks guys, keep it up!!! 💪
