Very small but really welcoming place! Meeting point for university students but above all for those away from home. Wide choice of liqueurs, bitters and much more. It is the perfect place to have an excellent aperitif in Pisa, I recommend the platter of the day, with fresh and varied products that change according to the season. The sandwiches are great and the cheesecake is the best I've ever had! I go back whenever I can.

If you don't pass by here, you can't say you've been to Pisa. Delicious, quality products, always hand in hand with the current season. Qualified, experienced and extremely friendly staff. Home-made bitters of every imaginable taste, excellent wines. Vote? DIESCI.

Fantastic, too good, the South never disappoints, even here in Pisa we ate and drank really well, you can't help but try it if you come here to Pisa, the staff are very kind, the South will be a fixed stop for us every time!! Greetings to the kids from the South...😉

Really welcoming place! We eat very well! Stratospherically sized sandwiches as good as ever!!! The girl at the tables is called Natalia and she is delicious! The owner also offered us bitters! The two of us ate two sandwiches and 1 glass of wine each for 20 euros and we are more than satisfied! Super recommended! I can't wait to go back! Fabulous wine and TOP sandwich ingredients!!!!!! Thanks!!!! 💖💖💖

Mortacci de pippo,fossero tutti cosi saremmo tutti ubriaconi e panzoni!!! Che dire locale dove si spende bene e si mangia ancora meglio!! Vino attimo taglieri anche e paninazzi da assassini super grandi e gustosissimi belli carichi,provare per credere!!

Sud è una delle tappe fisse per i dopo cena a Pisa: obbligatorio fermarsi per fare almeno una bevuta. Il posto è molto piccolo, ma caratteristico e il personale è simpatico e gentile.

A place where you can enjoy platters and sandwiches with a "southern" feel - especially when it comes to the ingredients. Excellent bitters and good wine list. Very kind service.

A true institution in Pisa. Staff with incredible energy, it is the ideal place for an aperitif in the center or a post-dinner bitter. Very honest prices, especially at the weekend it is very crowded as it is one of the top venues in the city

07/08/2024: Kindness and courtesy of the owners. Typically Tuscan place. We had a very good time including their restaurant. In the evening you dine under the Tuscan sky in the most authentic countryside.
06/08/2024: We spent a few wonderful days in complete peace and quiet, in a beautiful old building with romantically furnished rooms. Unfortunately there are far too few... but we will make up for it next year. It's already booked. The two bosses Alessio and Ricardo are super nice, the food in the restaurant and the entire staff are first class, super trained, very accommodating, funny and extremely helpful. Highly Recommended. There are apparently attractive bike tours for sports enthusiasts; there are certainly a lot of people cycling up and down hills in the heat. The location is perfect, nestled in rolling hills, some of which are forested or agricultural. Since we love this corner of Tuscany anyway, this will be our new port of call. 04/09/2024: Tip top! Very tasty, friendly service and great ambience of a real trattoria! There are a lot of guests and we would have to queue in front of the trattoria, but it was totally worth it!
