Unique place, excellently managed in a crazy location.

I celebrated my wife's 40th on 5/17 and they were IMPECCABLE. Beautiful place, great food and very fun after dinner. A special thanks goes to Stefany who followed me throughout the preparation and (I hope I remember the name correctly) Moris who followed me on the evening of the dinner.. Sublime, never was a name more appropriate 👏👏👏👏

Not a bad place for those who like dinner with continuation. Celebrated my birthday. Everything was delicious and not expensive. The only thing I didn’t like was that when the tables are cleared you have to go to the cashier for a ticket and then to the bar it’s 70 € for three proseccos in plastic glasses

Nice location, good food and fun!

What can I say? We organized an event, perfect hospitality and support, professional organization, simply amazing environment. The building that houses it is historic, Umbertine, with original floors of the time combined with dark walls of great elegance and windows overlooking Rome. Is it enough? Add comfortable furniture and ultra-modern lighting and you're done. Chapeau.

Festa privata del 10 gennaio. Location eccezionale, hanno riservato anche il terrazzo che in gennaio non è il top ma la vista si! Il buffet fantastico per qualità e quantità. Ia responsabile dell’evento, la sig.na Stephanie, è stata di una professionalità e cortesia unica così come il responsabile di sala. Il dj simpatico , cordiale e attento alle richieste. Festa bellissima e indimenticabile!

A gennaio 2025, ho festeggiato al Sublime la villa il 18º compleanno di mia figlia, che non voleva organizzare la solita festa nel solito locale ma ha preferito offrire agli amici una serata particolare a Roma con cena spettacolo, animata da un sassofonista. L’organizzazione è stata curata nei minimi dettagli dalla bellissima Stefany, che, sin dal primo incontro, ci ha accolto con garbo e grande professionalità, dandoci tutte le info del caso: il suo approccio e’ stato determinante nella scelta del locale, tra i tanti ipotizzati. La qualità del cibo e’ stata ottima, con piatti raffinati e ben presentati. Buonissmini i primi. L’equipe ai tavoli, poi, e’ formata da ragazzi, sempre sorridenti, di cui mi ha colpito la gentilezza. Dopo la cena e dopo la torta, accompagnata da candele fiammeggianti e spumante per Brindisi, l’atmosfera si è scaldata dando vita ad un fantastico dj set con musica coinvolgente per tutto il pubblico, diventato protagonista della serata. Di livello anche il bar che ha servito diversi cocktail, inclusi nel prezzo concordato. In conclusione, una bellissima serata che ha divertito tutti gli ospiti e ci ha reso soddisfatti della scelta effettuata Gabriella
