Su Stampu In Quartu sant'elena

15/09/2025: We were supposed to go to another restaurant.. we changed our minds and found this restaurant a few meters further.. and it was a good choice. We had an appetizer board of cheese and charcuterie which was extremely generous, followed by two pasta dishes, one with carbonara/truffle and the other with salmon; both recipes were excellent and very tasty. It was the first time for me to taste real carbonara pasta. The quantities of spaghetti could be insufficient for people who do not order a starter or dessert but given the size of the board we had, it was perfect. The wine was also very good for a very reasonable price, like everything else we consumed. Very friendly service.

13/09/2025: One day, by chance, we discovered this restaurant: now it's our favorite treat. Attentive service, respectful of your meal time, and a tasting menu that lets you enjoy their offerings at a truly great price. Excellent food, made with quality ingredients. Their egg with pane frattau and truffle carbonara are a treat I can't give up. The interior is very quaint and well-maintained, and you can eat outside, right on the main street. The only downside is that I can't go every day. Highly recommended!
