It was my first time eating piadina. Since it was my first time, I ordered a simple ham and cheese. When I ordered, I was surprised to hear that the staff member spoke fluent Japanese. It seemed like he had lived in Tokyo before.

A simple place, but the quality of the ingredients is very high. Piadinas, rolls, piada pizza... lots of choice. The piadinas are good and tasty, with many vegan and vegetarian options. The price is fair, and the staff is very friendly. You have to order at the window and there's no table service: they simply call you when your order is ready. Recommended!

The piadina is very good, and the fillings are also good. I think a few more polite smiles and explanations from the order takers would make the meal more enjoyable. Sometimes it seems like the customers bother them.

09/10/2025: When looking for a restaurant with vegan options, Amaranto was a great choice. We found the food to be somewhere between excellent and a bit bland, and the prices were still reasonable. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and since we were also celebrating a birthday, we'll definitely remember the visit very fondly. We definitely recommend Amaranto! We would expect the restaurant to serve slightly larger portions and delve deeper into the spice box.
