Stuzzicheria Parmigiana In Salsomaggiore terme

I went to dinner at this restaurant with colleagues. The restaurant is very nice and welcoming, but it doesn't have a dedicated parking lot. Being in Salsomaggiore, I can imagine that during periods of high tourist influx there is little parking, even though in this period (May) on Tuesday we found a place quite easily. It is a family-run restaurant, the lady who served us was very kind, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow: for an appetizer, a first course and a dessert I think two and a half hours is too long. Even though the lady explained to us that they didn't expect to receive so many reservations on a Tuesday, in my opinion this is not an excuse: if you keep the restaurant open and accept reservations, as a professional you must be able to serve everyone adequately. Decent food, but all in all nothing particularly exciting.

First of all, don't let the name, Stuzzicheria, fool you. This is the most beautiful restaurant in Salsomaggiore and surrounding areas. In the center, next to the Berzieri thermal monument, very well looked after, small rooms so there is never noise or confusion, delightful exterior. Few dishes (guarantee of quality and freshness) and well combined, delicious fried pie, homemade pasta, as well as desserts for which I absolutely recommend reserving a space. Professional service that puts you at ease, a more than correct bill. Daniela and Andrea, the owner-managers are special. If you want to have lunch or dinner in Salsomaggiore this is the right place.

We booked a place from now on, the reception was welcoming. The service was personal from the owner who speaks perfect English and with a lot of patience and a smile recommended the dishes. The food is typical for the region and everything was really delicious. We will definitely be happy to return

Super quality homemade local food.

I have already been twice to this little restaurant near the Terme Berzieri in Salsomaggiore Terme. A bright and welcoming place with very friendly staff. They made us sit outside and immediately served us water and brought us menus. We opted for two appetizers, a Tosone on Onions and the legendary Turret of Eggplant Parmigiana. This is followed by tagliolini with Culatello and a dish with their characteristic Rosa di Parma with a side dish of roasted potatoes, a truly delicious typical roast from the Parma area. The desserts are also excellent. Advised !

Sono stato già due volte presso questo ristorantino nei pressi delle Terme Berzieri di Salsomaggiore Terme . Un locale luminoso ed accogliente con personale molto gentile . Ci fanno accomodare nella parte esterna e ci servono subito dell'acqua e portato i menù . Abbiamo optato per due antipasti un Tosone su Cipolle e la leggendaria torretta di Melanzane alla Parmigiana . Seguono i tagliolini col Culatello ed un piatto con la loro caratteristica Rosa di Parma con contorno di patate arrosto , un tipico arrosto della zona di Parma veramente ghiotto . Ottimi anche i dolci . Consigliato !
