Sono stato già due volte presso questo ristorantino nei pressi delle Terme Berzieri di Salsomaggiore Terme . Un locale luminoso ed accogliente con personale molto gentile . Ci fanno accomodare nella parte esterna e ci servono subito dell'acqua e portato i menù . Abbiamo optato per due antipasti un Tosone su Cipolle e la leggendaria torretta di Melanzane alla Parmigiana . Seguono i tagliolini col Culatello ed un piatto con la loro caratteristica Rosa di Parma con contorno di patate arrosto , un tipico arrosto della zona di Parma veramente ghiotto . Ottimi anche i dolci . Consigliato !

Welcoming, well-kept and clean environment; the owner is kind and even takes care of the impact of the fried dumpling.
Excellent food, we dined with parmesan cappelletti in capon broth and 24 month parmesan accompanied by balsamic and honey glaze. If I were to return to Salsomaggiore, I would stop here again.

Clean, new and very welcoming place. Perfect management, with courtesy and respect for the tranquility of the meal. Fresh and simple products from the area. Really honest prices. I highly recommend it.

I tried the fried cake or fried dumpling, whatever you want to call it, for the first time and I was struck by the fragrance. Served hot and with cured meats and cheeses, they are an invitation that I will no longer be able to pass up when returning to this place. Excellent excellent

My family and I, plus dog in tow, went to this restaurant for the first time for Christmas lunch. What can I say, we were pleasantly surprised! Refined cuisine and everything of extreme quality, great care in presentation (even the eye wants its part)
Excellent service. Very welcoming and refined furnishing environment. We had a really good time! Very kind and helpful owners. We will definitely return on other occasions to try other typical dishes. We highly recommend it

As soon as we entered the waiter was really rude and not at all welcoming. We were on the last shift and got in 17 minutes later than we booked. He arrogantly said that they hold the tables for up to 15 minutes. At which point I was about to leave, but what I believe is the owner intervened and kindly told us that the table was still there. The place wasn't even completely full. It was a very strange scene.
This appears to be the case, the dinner went well, plentiful and really good dishes.
If I'm in the area again I'll come back for dinner.

Questo Ristorante risulta una scelta indovinata per assaporare i piatti delle colline parmensi in centro a Salsomaggiore.
Location accogliente ed ottimo servizio accompagnano un menu tipico locale ricco di gusto.
