A pleasant experience. Excellent food quality, very kind and helpful staff, and a very welcoming and refined atmosphere. Daniela introduced us to the sage and rosemary sorbet, which was excellent. We highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back.

I'll be honest: I think it's the best restaurant I've ever eaten at in all of Emilia, so much so that my family and I returned for two dinners in a row (August 2025).
We tried almost all the first courses, and not a single one wasn't delicious: the lemon pappardelle and basil tagliatelle were especially spectacular, but the lasagne, the cream of zucchini and potatoes, and the chef's tagliolini were also EXCEPTIONAL. I'd never tried the savarin before, but it was truly delicious. For appetizers, we had the 24-month-old Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano platter, and they were top-quality (the Parmigiano in particular was exquisite, truly excellent quality), all accompanied by a delicious, warm fried cake. The sliced steak was also very good. For dessert, we tried the chocolate cake and the coffee semifreddo—the cake was delicious, the semifreddo was less popular, but considering everything else, it's truly a minor thing. Very fair prices and adequate portions (for those who don't eat much, they're considered generous: the first night we split an appetizer and had a first/second course each and were full; the second night we had a first course and dessert and were satisfied).
I would return and recommend it without hesitation! Truly excellent.

The place is very cute, the couple who run it are super welcoming, and the food is delicious. Come and eat with your eyes closed. Special mention for the lasagna and the chocolate cake. ❤️🇮🇹

You can't go wrong with chef Andrea!
If you're looking for a cuisine like it used to be, with that touch of refinement that never hurts, given by the thirty-year experience (and more) of chef Andrea, then you're in the right place.
Also let yourself be pampered by the stories of your host, both cooked and raw: if you're looking for a corner of a cuisine that is gradually being forgotten, stop by Stuzzicheria Parmigiana.

Excellent food and very welcoming staff.. we ate two wonderful tastings of local products and had a pleasant conversation with the owners.
Should we return to Salsomaggiore, we will definitely return.

I went to dinner at this restaurant with colleagues. The restaurant is very nice and welcoming, but it doesn't have a dedicated parking lot. Being in Salsomaggiore, I can imagine that during periods of high tourist influx there is little parking, even though in this period (May) on Tuesday we found a place quite easily. It is a family-run restaurant, the lady who served us was very kind, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow: for an appetizer, a first course and a dessert I think two and a half hours is too long. Even though the lady explained to us that they didn't expect to receive so many reservations on a Tuesday, in my opinion this is not an excuse: if you keep the restaurant open and accept reservations, as a professional you must be able to serve everyone adequately.
Decent food, but all in all nothing particularly exciting.

First of all, don't let the name, Stuzzicheria, fool you. This is the most beautiful restaurant in Salsomaggiore and surrounding areas. In the center, next to the Berzieri thermal monument, very well looked after, small rooms so there is never noise or confusion, delightful exterior. Few dishes (guarantee of quality and freshness) and well combined, delicious fried pie, homemade pasta, as well as desserts for which I absolutely recommend reserving a space. Professional service that puts you at ease, a more than correct bill. Daniela and Andrea, the owner-managers are special. If you want to have lunch or dinner in Salsomaggiore this is the right place.
