An excellent experience at the Best Western Plus Leone di Messapia. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The king-size bed deserves special mention: incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day exploring Lecce and the surrounding area. The bathroom was also spacious and functional, equipped with every amenity. I particularly appreciated the complimentary body lotion, a detail that's not always easy to find. The shower is also truly large and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide selection, suitable for all tastes, with well-presented, high-quality products. Finally, a special mention goes to the hotel staff, always kind, helpful, and ready to help with a smile. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and a pleasant stay in Lecce. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very beautiful hotel, quiet, Nice rooms, but far from the city.... Impeccable service

I'm a driver for a group of French people. What can I say? I only stayed one night, unfortunately, and I was sad to have to leave. It deserves all the respect of a 5-star hotel. A small improvement could be requested, always at the discretion of management... The minimum refreshment (coffee or drink) could be considered for the drivers. Or a discount could be applied that would be worthwhile. In any case, really good work.

A truly pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and includes quality products, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for visiting Lecce and Salento. Highly recommended!

It probably deserves a five-star rating, because the enormous king-size bed is too much of a selling point in my opinion, but overall I think the rating I gave is fair. I found a hotel with enormous spaces, from the breakfast room to the reception, including the parking lot and the room (really spacious and with all the amenities available, including a sofa and a large desk). The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. Very friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room, where I found a team truly helpful and attentive to customer needs, even the games to entertain the child at the table. The only downside is the location, a bit out of the way but convenient for those using the hotel as a base for commuting to work.

Excellent conference room and excellent technical service

Everything was very good, just a couple of points. The breakfast buffet distribution is chaotic and needs improvement We left after April 1st and were charged more than double the local daily rate without warning.

Business stay. The property is not new, though it has been pleasantly renovated and, above all, spotlessly clean. The common areas also smell nice. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a generously sized bathroom with a new shower. The hotel also features a very active conference center. The attentive management is evident. The breakfast is truly top-notch. Absolute value for money. Also worth considering for leisure travelers; it's reasonably priced, offers high-quality services, and is easy to get around the city, towns, or beaches.
