We had dinner last night at this very welcoming restaurant. The taste, aroma, and sensory experience was exceptional! Compliments to the chef, a young chef with excellent potential for growth. Thanks to the waiter Giuliano, who was precise and very thorough in describing the tasting experience of the dishes offered! We will definitely be back.

A completely vegan dinner, nothing short of spectacular. Each course was excellent and refined, using the highest-quality ingredients. A very beautiful, all-wood restaurant inside the Lac Salin Hotel. Only vegetarian-vegan food. My first experience at a restaurant of this kind. The dishes were very well-prepared; some surprised me, others less so. The staff were very attentive, always available to explain the dishes, and very helpful. I would recommend the experience even for non-vegans. At the end of the meal, the chef even came over to say hello and chatted with us.

A unique sensory experience – beyond all expectations
5 stars are not enough to describe the extraordinary experience I had in this restaurant. Each dish is a work of art, not only in its presentation but above all in its flavours, perfectly balanced, surprising and deeply respectful of seasonality and vegetable raw materials.
The tasting journey was a sensorial journey: each tasting told a story, a territory, a creative and sustainable vision of cuisine. From the small initial bites served on natural and minimalist supports, to the delicacy of the main dishes such as the artichoke ravioli and the corn and truffle dish, everything was executed with almost surgical precision.
The non-alcoholic drinks are excellent, very particular and thirst-quenching.
The service is impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, with a fascinating narrative of each course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the natural wood of the tables and the rustic details create a perfect contrast with the modernity of the gastronomic offer.
An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover vegetables in an innovative, elegant and deeply emotional way. I will definitely come back.

Cucina vegetariana e vegana in un ambiente intimo e accogliente. Da vegana ho amato tantissimo lo spaghettone :) versione vegan, oltre a tutto il resto. Fantastica la sorpresa di antipasti, una serie di assaggi offerti dalla casa insieme ai dolcetti come coccola finale. Vegetarian and vegan cuisine in an intimate and welcoming environment. As a vegan I loved the spaghettone so much :) vegan version, as well as everything else. The surprise appetizers are fantastic, a series of tastings offered by the house together with sweets as a final treat. Impeccable service, friendly staff willing to recommend and explain the dishes
