La pizza è veramente buona, sia la classica napoletana che la novità sottile. Sul resto qualche dubbio, servizio confusionario e con tempi di attesa oltre la media. Prezzi nella norma.

Ottimo ristorante piatti ben presentati e abbondanti. Personale molto gentile e prezzi in linea per la qualità. Non ho dato 5 stelle per la pizza senza glutine veramente non di livello, devono lavorare ancore sull’impasto. Comunque tornerò per mangiare altre cose. Dolci super

Le Follie di Romualdo

01/12/2024: Pizzeria with a minimal menu... a few Neapolitan-style pizzas and a few appetizers. I had a margherita with buffalo mozzarella… I must say good and tasty without too much praise…. Place inside the central market, very touristy... average prices.
26/11/2024: Pizzeria located inside the Central Market. Romualdo number 1. Nice environment; the strong point is represented by the terrace on the upper floor where you can eat. I prefer it to being down there in the middle of the mess and the people walking past you, which isn't exactly the best. Few but good pizzas on the menu. We ordered the coccoli with ham and stracchino as a starter and two classic pizzas, a Bufalina and a Margherita. Courteous and helpful staff. Prices that respect the average of Florence. The place is in the center, so there are some parking spaces outside, but you have to pay attention to the ZTL and timetables. You can park outside the center and reach the pizzeria easily on foot.
