14/12/2024: A feminine place, charming and tasteful. Kind service. To start, we were attracted by a typical family dish, the fragrant bread meatballs, artfully fried. The pungent outside air and the complicity with the "better half" predisposed us to a spicy sharing: the Scalda'nduja, a terracotta container, containing 'nduja, heated by a candle. Accompanied by pieces of sweet gorgonzola and slices of bruschetta bread. The 'nduja, when heated, changes its consistency and accentuates the olfactory perception. We couldn't resist the temptation to dip the meatballs in there too. The pizzas, almost all with women's names, invite you to dance. This time, we were accompanied to the table by Carla and Piera. The first with sautéed cardoncelli, savory carpaccio of Black Angus meat, artichokes and Alberobello provolone. The second with fior di latte, Apulian porchetta from Grumo Appula, sautéed cardoncelli, provolone and porcini cream. Fully satisfied, we left with Marzia's usual smiling greeting, especially since she was recently a mother. Congratulations.
