While passing by Hotel De Russiex, I decided to stop by and ask if it was possible to just have a drink, and despite the chic, high-end atmosphere, the staff welcomed us with kindness and elegance. I was with my parents, and we ordered lemonades and a beer. Alongside the drinks, they brought a selection of fine nuts and little nibbles — a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more pleasant. The service was impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, warm yet professional. What struck me most was the ambience — refined, serene, and beautifully curated. Sitting there truly felt like living in a fairy tale, surrounded by colors, scents, and sounds that made the setting enchanting. Lo Stravinskij Bar, inspired by the maestro himself, offers not just drinks, but an experience — in the heart of Rome, just steps from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, in a secret garden where time seems to slow down. A magical stop that I would recommend to anyone looking for both elegance and authenticity.

Excellent Cocktails, Excellent Service, Excellent Atmosphere/Ambiente, really good snacks: very good olives, hanmade crisps and some very elegant almonds. Always again.

Alessio is the best bartender and waiter ever. I absolutely had a great time with him serving us. He took a great care of the table and was very very very attentive. He gave us everything we needed. Absolutely would recommend coming to this place for Alessio service.

A dream location, hidden in the heart of historic Rome. The Stravinskij Bar is an oasis of peace reserved for those in the know. The welcome is charming, and the service is impeccable. Inventive and delicious cocktails are served, all accompanied by delicious appetizers. Riccardo is a Champagne expert, he will provide helpful advice. The entire staff is attentive and very professional. Highly recommended.

Tuve el placer de disfrutar de dos aperitivos consecutivos en el Aquazzura Bar, el pop-up de verano en el Hotel de Russie, y fue una experiencia encantadora de principio a fin. Los jóvenes camareros no solo eran increíblemente bien informados, sino también genuinamente cálido y acogedor. Me guiaron a través de un viaje de degustación de tequila, dejándome probar varios cócteles con diferentes tipos de tequila, cada uno más delicioso que el anterior. El ambiente es puro Capri chic – elegante, vibrante, y el escenario perfecto para una mágica noche de verano romana. Un saludo especial: a Tiziano y Chiara, que me hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos desde siempre. Su servicio fue impecable, personal y lleno de encanto. Verborgen juweel en oase van rust. Praxhtige binnenplaats met terras dat uitloopt in een heel mooie tuin grenzend aan piazza del Popolo. Oscar bediende ons perfect. Vriendelijk en voorkomend. Een absolute aanrader!
