Atmosphere and Location The highlight is undoubtedly the atmosphere: the secret garden is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Rome, with lush plants, fountains, and elegant tables. Many reviewers speak of a modern "dolce vita," and that's no exaggeration. Drinks and Menu The cocktails are meticulously crafted: creative, well-balanced, and made with quality ingredients. The menu (including the food) is refined—dishes like gourmet toasts, salads, and small finger foods are highly appreciated. Service The staff is generally professional and knowledgeable: many guests praise the bartenders, and there's a genuine attention to service. I always come back. Rocco Forte is number one. He only hires the best. Tiziano and Michele are fabulous bartenders at Stravinski Bar and make the most special cocktails. They are proud of their work and enjoy making their guests happy. It’s very important for them to leave a lasting impression. Mattia is the bar manager and is also very kind and hospitable. I visited the bar during aperitivo time and was pleased with the cocktails, the best I've ever had, created with careful attention to flavor combinations and quality spirits. The price is in line with hotels in this price range (so it's not cheap), but for a cocktail like this, it's a welcome one. The downside is that the tapas aren't up to par with the setting.

While passing by Hotel De Russiex, I decided to stop by and ask if it was possible to just have a drink, and despite the chic, high-end atmosphere, the staff welcomed us with kindness and elegance. I was with my parents, and we ordered lemonades and a beer. Alongside the drinks, they brought a selection of fine nuts and little nibbles — a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more pleasant. The service was impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, warm yet professional. What struck me most was the ambience — refined, serene, and beautifully curated. Sitting there truly felt like living in a fairy tale, surrounded by colors, scents, and sounds that made the setting enchanting. Lo Stravinskij Bar, inspired by the maestro himself, offers not just drinks, but an experience — in the heart of Rome, just steps from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, in a secret garden where time seems to slow down. A magical stop that I would recommend to anyone looking for both elegance and authenticity.

Este lugar no hace la diferencia, sólo la cuenta. Vine aquí hace años donde BVLGARI no estaba abierto y me gustó mucho, ahora de vuelta a Roma (alojándome en Bvlgari) y de regreso a este lugar para almorzar y tomar el aperitivo ya no me gustó. Está bien, no es nada del otro mundo, no es genial, no es especial. El servicio está bien, pero nada de verdadero lujo ni de calidad excepcional. Si eres una persona que vive un estilo de vida de lujo, este no es un lugar para ti, si eres una persona que se siente atraída por el lujo y los seguidores en Instagram, entonces está bien, ve allí y gasta tu dinero. Me parece extremadamente barato el servicio de añadir en la factura un % de propina para el personal que estás obligado a pagar, la propina debe ser un gesto espontáneo que no esté relacionado con el importe de la factura. El personal fue amable, pero nuevamente, nada impresionante que me haga sentir que estoy en un lugar de ultra lujo, simplemente normal. No volveré porque no me gustan los lugares promedio que cobran como si fueran los mejores. No pago caro para conseguir un resultado promedio.
