I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Expectations were high, also according to testimonies from friends. Excellent experience, interesting and innovative cuisine with excellent raw materials and great attention to the territory. Young, knowledgeable, brilliant chef. The dining room service has an edge thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the dining room manager, who is truly empathetic and capable of understanding and accommodating the customer's preferences. Super recommended chef's freehand menu. Extensive wine list with honest value for money.

We returned after a few months and were amazed by the growth. Excellent location, excellent menu, truly excellent food prepared with dedication by the young Chef. Great selection of wines, what more could you want. In my opinion, it is far to go up a little from Arona and find a restaurant that deserves much more than the average offer in Arona.

Truly a fantastic place for an excellent dinner. We ordered the chef menu and the wines with it. Hence the higher unit price. You can eat a la carte. The individual courses were an experience. Star level.

Nice restaurant, modern but cosy. Great winelist and attentive staff. The amuse bouch were great, starter ok and main course good. The (primi piati) pasta dishes were the least attractive. Beautifull and tastefull desserts So all and all good value for money and hopefully they make the pasta (risotto and clam spaghetti) dishes more tasty.

14/07/2024: We finally managed to go to lunch at the Impero restaurant. TOP! Everything perfect, food, environment, courtesy of the gentlemen who served us. Upon entering you immediately perceive the care and love there is for customers. Delicious dishes presented with innovation without distorting the tradition which must remain the cornerstone of the cuisine. A very positive experience that we will certainly repeat.
