Yesterday we went to eat a pizza, I have to be honest the owners are our friends, so I could be biased, but as far as my way of being is concerned, I don't give discounts to anyone, so if I find any defects in the near future, I will write it calmly, without offending anyone's work.
Having said this, for now I can only make comments on the pizza and tiramisu, the pizza is fabulous as regards the dough and the ingredients, excellent cooking in a wood oven, before the pizza we tasted a white focaccia, and there see if the dough is excellent. Then the tiramisu, I must open a parenthesis, most restaurants present a tiramisu in the glass, where in addition to the small quantity it is mostly composed of only mascarpone, or cream sometimes, with just one biscuit, instead yesterday I ate a tiramisu on the plate, like those you make at home, with the addition of pieces of chocolate, a nice generous slice. What can I say about the environment, from the street and the parking lot (of the restaurant) it gives the impression of a nice modern place with large windows, but the surprise is when you enter, because if on the surface it may seem like a small place, it has a bar counter , worthy of a high-level brewery and two other well-furnished rooms, as well as a space for children, and another Country style space,
Alessandro the owner assured me that they make a risotto cooked at the time of the order and not pre-cooked, and this for those who understand cooking, know very well that few employ a chef who stirs the risotto for you for twenty minutes.
We'll see and I'll make my opinion on this risotto as soon as possible.
But that's not all, because above the restaurant there is also a Tango school.

I am gluten and lactose intolerant and here at Straforno I finally managed to eat an excellent pizza and a real bruschetta with homemade bread. You can feel that quality flours are used. I also liked the service because the guys are fast and attentive to customer needs. Super recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs.

A neighborhood pizzeria of which few are seen nowadays (unfortunately), pizza, pasta, fried foods and second courses which are delicious and very tasty.
The pizza dough left to rise for 48 hours is exceptional, not to mention the very successful combinations of sweet and savory. The suppli and the reinterpretation of Ascoli olives are among the best fried foods I have ever eaten and I digested everything I ate with an ease never seen before.
I can't wait to go back for the next diet change 😃

Straforno, recommended! This restaurant stands out for its wide variety of culinary offerings. The rich and diverse menu ranges from creative pizzas to chicken specialties, burgers and much more. Despite the complexity of managing such a broad offering, the result is excellent across the board.
I had the opportunity to try various specialties, including the cheese and honey pizza (really original and delicious), the burgers, the crispy breaded chicken and the supplì (really large).
And what about desserts? Here too the menu does not disappoint: the choice is wide. I particularly recommend the cat tongues with custard, a dessert worth trying.
The restaurant is spacious and welcoming, perfect for families, groups of friends or informal dinners. Special praise goes to the staff: kind, competent and always attentive. A special thanks to Laura and Gianluca for their professionalism, courtesy and precious culinary advice which made the experience even more pleasant.

Incomincio dal dire che il personale é stato super gentile abbiamo cambiato orario almeno 2 o 3 volte e siamo comunque arrivati in ritardo .
Fritti buoni ( forse leggermente unti) ,la pizza ripiena con la porchetta bufala e cicoria veramente di qualità, sia per l’impasto che per i prodotti usati . Unica pecca un pochino troppo salata.
Anche i prodotti gluten free risultano buoni, con i limiti ( non per demerito dei pizzaioli) dell’impasto senza glutine.
Esperienza positiva , lo consiglio assolutamente anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
