Truly quality sushi, exotic and fruity flavours, very good and delicate mix, fantastic location in the center of Matera, carved into the stone, very suggestive, worth trying!

Sushi stone I think it is the best sushi in all of Matera, the service is very friendly, the food is delicious and the location is immersed in the stones of Matera, I recommend anyone to go to this sushi restaurant. Keep it up guys ❤️💪🏻

A beautiful experience. Nice place, excellent service, quick turnaround times, good raw materials. A high level all you can eat. We will definitely return.

The food and the selection was amazing!!! The quality of the food and the speed of preparation was very high - Thankyou. However, The staff were very ‘cold’, unfriendly and not welcoming. This was a shame. They never smiled or made us feel welcome. Maybe it’s because you order your food via an iPad……it is very efficient, but the staff need customer service skills training/advice. Anyway - the food was excellent.

19/10/2024: Family-run butcher's grill, I've only been once but I will definitely return, in addition to the food which is excellent and well cooked, kindness and courtesy reign in this place. I recommend it.
13/08/2024: The quality of the meat and roast is good, but the fact that there is no table service for setting or clearing the table is inconvenient.
