The atmosphere is pleasant, inviting, and perfect for lingering. The food is absolutely outstanding: freshly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and presented with meticulous attention to detail. The small but exquisite menu prioritizes quality over quantity and leaves nothing to be desired. Every dish is thoughtfully designed and perfectly balanced. The fantastic wine selection deserves special mention. In addition to carefully chosen wines, the house wine is particularly impressive, tasting superb and pairing beautifully with the dishes. Attentive and friendly service completes the experience. A restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend – we will definitely be back!

While staying in Brixen we decided to venture a few minutes out of town to this restaurant and we did not regret it. The restaurant is a family business. You are welcomed by the owners who take great care of you throughout your meal with suggestions about wine pairings and anything you might need. Most ingredients are sourced locally, if they don't come directly from their estate - like the wine and the grappa. The owner's son is in the kitchen. The menu provides a selection of courses (appetizers, primi, secondi and dessert) and offers as well a pre-fixed menu. Everything is cooked to order and masterfully plated. I would also add that the value is outstanding, compared to what you would find downtown Brixen and in relation to the quality of the food. The environment is elegant and the restaurant overlooks the valley, providing a dining experience with a stunning view.

We had the pleasure of dining at Steinraffler Restaurant on New Year’s Eve, where we enjoyed an exceptional five-course menu that truly set the tone for welcoming the new year. Each dish was flawlessly executed, with outstanding flavors and beautifully designed plates that felt both artistic and refined. The attention to detail was impressive throughout the entire evening. The service was warm, professional, and perfectly paced, allowing us to fully enjoy each course without feeling rushed. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making the experience feel special without being overly formal. This restaurant is absolutely Michelin-star worthy. Steinraffler delivers not just excellent food, but a complete fine-dining experience that lingers in your memory long after the last course. A standout culinary destination in every sense—highly recommended for anyone seeking something truly exceptional.

I can only say good things. The hospitality is superb, and the service is outstanding. The diverse menu is excellently combined with local and homemade food, drinks, and wines! Add to that a beautiful, romantic view and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely not just a one-time experience; I will return and will certainly recommend it!

What a wonderful visit!!! The food was fantastic. The menu featured rather unusual dishes, which in our case (we had a total of six different dishes), all tasted excellent, were clearly made with fresh ingredients, and were visually stunning. The chef personally came to our table several times to ask if everything was OK. The drinks menu, and especially the wine list, left nothing to be desired. The service overall was excellent – ​​very, very attentive, competent (e.g., with the wine selection), friendly, accommodating, and at the same time unobtrusive – fantastic. The ambiance is fantastic – and if you get a table at the front, you have a sublime view of Brixen and the valley below. A fantastic evening that we will remember for a long time – many thanks to the entire Steinraffler team!!!
