Steinraffler es un hermoso restaurante con una vista impresionante sobre Brixen. El ambiente es acogedor y tiene un ambiente encantador, familiar: padre e hijo trabajan juntos aquí, creando una experiencia verdaderamente especial. Los platos se preparan con tanto amor y cuidado. Me gustó especialmente el aperitivo de trucha. Mi padre tenía el plato de burrata y también le gustó mucho. Estaba fresco, delicadamente sazonado y simplemente delicioso. La carne estaba maravillosamente tierna, tal como me gusta, y el postre era un sueño absoluto: una combinación perfecta de albaricoque y chocolate. El joven chef Julián hace un trabajo increíble, trabajando con pasión y dedicación se puede sentir en cada detalle. Definitivamente voy a volver!
