The location of the restaurant is really impressive - you have a beautiful view of the valley floor and can enjoy the view. As soon as you enter you are warmly greeted by the boss, with a personal handshake and a few friendly words. You immediately feel welcome and are assigned a nice table. The menu is small but fine, with a selection of regional products and a wide range of wines. The boss takes the time to explain the dishes in detail and also recommends the right wine - a wonderful addition, especially since the restaurant has its own winery with first-class wines. The starter was excellent: light, perfectly seasoned and, in combination with the side dishes, not only a visual but also a culinary delight. The main course, especially the meat, was subtly seasoned and harmonious. Finally, I couldn't resist and tried the homemade plum ice cream with a delicious chocolate cake - a real highlight! I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.
