What a wonderful visit!!! The food was fantastic. The menu featured rather unusual dishes, which in our case (we had a total of six different dishes), all tasted excellent, were clearly made with fresh ingredients, and were visually stunning. The chef personally came to our table several times to ask if everything was OK. The drinks menu, and especially the wine list, left nothing to be desired. The service overall was excellent – ​​very, very attentive, competent (e.g., with the wine selection), friendly, accommodating, and at the same time unobtrusive – fantastic. The ambiance is fantastic – and if you get a table at the front, you have a sublime view of Brixen and the valley below. A fantastic evening that we will remember for a long time – many thanks to the entire Steinraffler team!!!

Very quiet, top location, good food

Steinraffler es un hermoso restaurante con una vista impresionante sobre Brixen. El ambiente es acogedor y tiene un ambiente encantador, familiar: padre e hijo trabajan juntos aquí, creando una experiencia verdaderamente especial. Los platos se preparan con tanto amor y cuidado. Me gustó especialmente el aperitivo de trucha. Mi padre tenía el plato de burrata y también le gustó mucho. Estaba fresco, delicadamente sazonado y simplemente delicioso. La carne estaba maravillosamente tierna, tal como me gusta, y el postre era un sueño absoluto: una combinación perfecta de albaricoque y chocolate. Steinraffler is a beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view over Brixen. The atmosphere is cozy and has a charming, family-like feel — father and son work together here, creating a truly special experience. The dishes are prepared with so much love and care. I especially enjoyed the trout appetizer — fresh, delicately seasoned, and simply delicious. The meat was wonderfully tender, just the way I like it, and the dessert was an absolute dream: a perfect combination of apricot and chocolate. The young chef Julian does an amazing job, working with passion and dedication — you can feel it in every detail. I will definitely be coming back!
