A dire il vero un po’ tutto, a cominciare dall’accoglienza gentile e discreta, e a seguire l’ambiente caloroso ed elegante, per finire con i piatti di grande raffinatezza e squisito gusto e presentazione, complimenti allo chef, ci torneremo sicuramente.

One of the best meals we had in our life. We came to the region to taste some white truffles and they did not disappoint!!!!. The food was so original and fresh and every dish was clearly delicious.
We came without a reservation and luckily they had room available
The prices were very fare and the staff are amazing, including a bit of English speakers

Last night I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Stefano Paganini Restaurant, a beautiful and highly recommended experience.
Fantastic environment, we are inside a historic building with walls more than 6 meters high, frescoes and arches.
The Chef and his wife welcomed us affectionately, as if we were at home.
The typical and varied cuisine made the evening unforgettable.
I will definitely be back to try Che Paganinini's new creations!

Ristorante all'interno del castello con vista sulla valle... basterebbe questo per provarlo...insieme alla sala affrescata... ma i piatti che si possono assaporare fanno passare in secondo piano il paesaggio.
Lasciatevi tentare dal menù proposto dallo chef... farete un viaggio in piatti sapientemente preparati che esaltano la zona.

Location scelta per apericena di fine scuola. Circa 70 persone fra bambini e adulti.
Ci è stato proposto un menù con moltissimi finger food, un primo caldo e la torta di fine anno servita nel parco adiacente. Ottimo servizio, cibo buonissimo e allestimento superlativo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimale.
Consigliatissimo, siamo stati tutti molto soddisfatti!!! Top.
