Location elegante, calda e curata. Cenone di capodanno con piatti ricercati e squisiti, serviti con un’ottima presentazione, una vera esperienza di profumi, colori e sapori. Servizio cortese e professionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di poter portare con noi anche il nostro cagnolino. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata, una vera coccola.

One of the best meals we had in our life. We came to the region to taste some white truffles and they did not disappoint!!!!. The food was so original and fresh and every dish was clearly delicious.
We came without a reservation and luckily they had room available
The prices were very fare and the staff are amazing, including a bit of English speakers

Last night I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Stefano Paganini Restaurant, a beautiful and highly recommended experience.
Fantastic environment, we are inside a historic building with walls more than 6 meters high, frescoes and arches.
The Chef and his wife welcomed us affectionately, as if we were at home.
The typical and varied cuisine made the evening unforgettable.
I will definitely be back to try Che Paganinini's new creations!

Ristorante all'interno del castello con vista sulla valle... basterebbe questo per provarlo...insieme alla sala affrescata... ma i piatti che si possono assaporare fanno passare in secondo piano il paesaggio.
Lasciatevi tentare dal menù proposto dallo chef... farete un viaggio in piatti sapientemente preparati che esaltano la zona.

Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa location spettacolare e siamo davvero soddisfatti!
Ci siamo affidati allo Chef scegliendo il menù ad occhi chiusi e le portate hanno soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative.
Anche la degustazione vini abbinata è stata davvero perfetta!
Nota di merito all'aperitivo e alla piccola pasticceria, insieme all'antipasto a base di seppie che ci ha davvero colpiti.
Esperienza da provare e davvero consigliata!
