We had the 5-course menu with wine pairing. Both were absolutely fantastic, and it was a wonderful and fulfilling dining experience.

We decided to take the 5 course surprise menu with wine pairing and it was of outstanding quality. The food was amazing, with a combination of well known and more experimental dishes. The wines were also excellent. They included some well known grapes as well as some lessen known grapes feom local vineyards. But be warned, the portion were on the large side, so if you want to taste everything make sure u keep this in mind! The staff and the chef were all very nice and made sure to check in regularly with us. We had an amazing night and if we are ever around here again we will come back!

I believe it's rare to give restaurants top marks across all dimensions, but Stefano Paganini's restaurant deserves them. The quality of the food is essential, of course, but what struck us even more than the quality of the food was being able to actually savor a story—and we're not talking about the chocolate-filled phrases that are so popular on social media; it really happened, and it had never happened to me before. We tried the four-course menu with our eyes closed, and I can assure you that with every bite (and we're not talking about nonexistent portions, in fact, decidedly substantial!) we were surprised—truly, surprised—by the ability to discern flavors, and by the combinations that were always spot-on and never banal. It was something we noticed on our own, but what's more, we also had the good fortune of chatting with Stefano himself after the meal, and the experience was inevitably enriched even further, thanks to the insights into this professional's extensive career and experience. The location is magnificent, the service impeccable, and, yes, the emotions are equally so. We will undoubtedly return soon, confident in the knowledge that we'll try new, exciting dishes.

Experienced the cuisine of chef Paganini and his staff on several occasions, always a guarantee! Traditional dishes revisited, excellent and refined! Friendly staff available to satisfy the needs of the customer. Recommended!

A unique experience. Spectacular location but even better the chef's proposals with the "blind eyes" menu of 4 courses: stories of local cuisine revisited and expertly told by dishes that leave you amazed. It is absolutely to try!!!

Locale fantastico, con vista mozzafiato, cucina straordinaria e servizio impeccabile. Ci siamo stati per il nostro matrimonio ed è stato tutto perfetto, già alla prima cena fatta per la ricerca del locale non c'è stata gara, abbiamo scelto subito Stefano e Giada! Tutti gli invitati hanno fatto i complimenti per la qualità del cibo e la cura con cui è stato servito, vini ottimi, dolce spettacolare, la piccola pasticceria servita insieme al caffè era magnifica. Giada e Stefano sono davvero al top! Gentili, professionali, offrono un'esperienza unica. Torneremo senz'altro per altre occasioni, la cucina non delude mai e il servizio fa sempre sentire coccolati. Se cercate la qualità delle materie prime e una cucina diversa dal solito questo è il posto giusto per voi!

Esperienza favolosa con vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Roero. Sale storiche a far da contorno a piatti curati dal sapore autentico . Complimenti!
