It's like a proper Italian course meal in an old mansion. The location of the restaurant was so unexpected that I looked at Google Maps to find it and was wondering if this was the right place when a staff member in front of the restaurant checked the name of the person making the reservation and guided me to the restaurant. I was surprised because it was located in a secret place inside an old house. (I think reservations are required) I had a course for 58 euros per person and it was a perfect appetizer. The pasta was a little salty, but it went well with the wine. The main dish, a fried chicken-like breast dish, was served, and although it was a bit dry, it had its charm. I liked that the amount of courses was sufficient. There were many types of wine, but I chose the pairing wine, and since it was an appropriate wine for each course, I think I will choose the pairing next time I visit. The service was great and the food was explained well. We were the only Asians, but they were very friendly and gave us small talk in English, which was the most memorable memory of our trip to Turin. Wine pairing and coffee were also included, so it wasn't a cheap meal, but it was well worth it. This is a restaurant I want to visit again the next time I go to Turin.

I took the 7 Piedmontese tasting dishes menu, I must say that almost every dish awaits me with a surprise... My friend even said that it was better than the change... absolutely worth trying again next time!!

Dit is écht een bijzondere plek. Het kader is uniek. De kaart bevat duidelijk andere gerechten dan elders. De bediening was heel hartelijk. Ik koos een gerecht dat écht niet mijn smaak was. Ik vond het gewoon niet lekker. Er werd alles aan gedaan om dit goed te maken terwijl ik zelf die keuze gemaakt had. Een bijzondere afsluiter van twee weken Piemonte

We chose this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and I would say that they recommended us really well! Excellent food, very nice place and pleasant atmosphere. The waiters are very kind and helpful. In one of the rooms there were two tables which caused a bit of confusion and the guys in the room immediately found us a place in the other room to be more calm. Fair price for the quantity and quality. I would have liked to take more photos of the dishes to attach them to the review but after the first course I forgot because I was too busy with the food!

Excellent Piedmont cuisine restaurant, in a very pleasant setting. Valid service. Correct prices, with some heaviness in the wine list.

In times of stardom among chefs, there is always a bit of fear when choosing highly rated restaurants; disappointment is around the corner, and sometimes it is accompanied by annoyance at the treatment received. For this restaurant, however, everything corresponds to the best expectations; the traditional Piedmontese recipes are expertly revisited and I would say enhanced; the environment is welcoming, albeit with a prevailing austerity; the welcome managed by young but very well-educated waiters in the interpretation of the serving style, which is, if interpreted in the best way, an important part of the success and of the overall gastronomic experience: a precious place, to be discovered and, if possible, rediscovered

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine revisited in an excellent way. The environment in a nineteenth-century building in the very center is warm and welcoming. The acoustics could be improved.

In the former kitchens of a Turin palazzo, the setting is cosy and intimate - old-fashioned in a very good way. Staff are very knowledgeable and ready to share that knowledge in a warm and friendly way. The whole place is impeccably professional. The food was excellent, really first rate with interesting twists on local dishes, often with simple ingredients such as the fregula and the gnocchi with mushrooms. Prices were little or no higher than other restaurants, but this was definitely the best food we ate in Turin.
