A charming, evocative, and elegant venue, located, like the Circolo dei Lettori, in the noble 17th-century Graneri della Roccia palace. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service impeccable. Stefano Fanti's cuisine offers variations on traditional Piedmontese cuisine, innovating it creatively and surprisingly without distorting it. High-quality ingredients, a focus on seasonal products and recipes, and an excellent wine list are further strengths of the restaurant. I've been frequenting and recommending it for many years and have always been very satisfied.

With my 12 year old son we entered this place due to a booking error and it immediately fascinated us.
The place is very beautiful and you can feel its identity.
A very professional and elegant gentleman with excellent competence welcomed us.
The menu is rich in variables from land dishes to seafood.
We opted for the trio of Piedmontese appetizers where, despite having tried many places around Piedmont... each course fully satisfied our palate exceeding expectations.
To follow we chose the ravioli al plin!!! A spectacle of flavors.
It rarely happens that you review places but in this case it would have been a real shame not to.

Good taste of foods. Quality of service is very high. All staff are very friendly and professional. A glass of sparkling wine, a small appetizer and pre sweets were served.

Bellissima location collocata nelle antiche cucine del palazzo storico che ospita il Circolo dei Lettori. La carta contiene proposte della cucina tradizionale piemontese ma anche piatti nati dall'estro dello Chef. Preparazioni di ottimo livello. Servizio attento. Molto bene!
