Best buy!
It's like a proper Italian course meal in an old mansion. The location of the restaurant was so unexpected that I looked at Google Maps to find it and was wondering if this was the right place when a staff member in front of the restaurant checked the name of the person making the reservation and guided me to the restaurant. I was surprised because it was located in a secret place inside an old house. (I think reservations are required)
I had a course for 58 euros per person and it was a perfect appetizer. The pasta was a little salty, but it went well with the wine. The main dish, a fried chicken-like breast dish, was served, and although it was a bit dry, it had its charm. I liked that the amount of courses was sufficient.
There were many types of wine, but I chose the pairing wine, and since it was an appropriate wine for each course, I think I will choose the pairing next time I visit.
The service was great and the food was explained well.
We were the only Asians, but they were very friendly and gave us small talk in English, which was the most memorable memory of our trip to Turin.
Wine pairing and coffee were also included, so it wasn't a cheap meal, but it was well worth it.
This is a restaurant I want to visit again the next time I go to Turin.
I took the 7 Piedmontese tasting dishes menu, I must say that almost every dish awaits me with a surprise... My friend even said that it was better than the change... absolutely worth trying again next time!!
