Today I rode my wife and I to dinner at your restaurant, Le Gru. I parked the two bikes near the exit of your restaurant, inside the shopping center.
A security guard wearing a fluorescent green shirt approached us, repeatedly touching the restaurant window where the bikes were parked. Very aggressively, he ordered me to take them outside immediately. I stood up and politely asked him to wait two minutes so I could pay the bill. However, this gentleman insisted, very rudely, refusing to wait.
Your staff witnessed the incident and offered me exemplary support. For this, I would like to sincerely thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

The service is quite attentive. They're very friendly and, above all, energetic—kudos to them.
The food is really good. I truly enjoyed every bite of that delicious meat. My compliments, indeed.
The atmosphere is distinctly American, 19th-century style. Very beautiful, too.
I would gladly return.

We really like Old Town and love going there when we're out and about!

Siamo andati a mangiare in questo fast food. Servizio veloce e cibo meglio di mc donald o altro. Ma la cosa che mi da veramente fastidio è che ti fanno pagare il coperto, ma questo non è indicato da nessuna parte del menu o del ristorante e la loro risposta è "si è sempre pagato", quando gli dico che "se si deve pagare si deve esporre obbligatoriamente da qualche parte, solitamente nel menu" ti rispondono, non li facciamo noi i menu ed è la prima volta che ci fanno presente questa cosa. La prossima volta mi impunto e gli dico di togliere il coperto e di chiamare la polizia locale.
