Very nice place, fast service, very kind and helpful waiters, nice owner and what can I say about the meat, cooked on the grill as our lord commands... the scottona at km0, tender as butter and with a flavor!! The appetizer was delicious and the potatoes with the skin were sublime!! All with a good bottle of wine... gentlemen, go to bisteccamore, you will come out more than satisfied!!

The pasta was amazing and the meat was prepared perfectly. The staff was wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience. The lighting and atmosphere of the restaurant was very peaceful. I can't wait to go back.

🎂 A birthday to remember, between steak and sweetness! 🎂 To celebrate my wife's birthday I chose Bisteccamore, and I couldn't have wished for anything better. The Angus served on a cutting board was tender and tasty, accompanied by crunchy roast potatoes and a glass of Oddero perfect for enhancing every flavor. The dessert, embellished with a lit candle and a careful presentation, made the moment truly emotional. Warm atmosphere, soft lights and lots of greenery to frame it all. But the real added value? The staff: kind, attentive and always smiling. An evening that we will carry in our hearts.

We were there last night for the first time, discovered on the internet, chosen for how it looked, booked on the internet very easily, kind and professional staff, excellent service, wonderful meat, and equally sweet desserts, great choice of wines... Choice of Irish Angus and burnt like wine... Wonderful place... Shame to see it with few customers... Highly recommended

After celebrating a graduation party and a subsequent family dinner, I can say that this is the ideal restaurant where you can enjoy excellent meat, with equally excellent service, in a welcoming environment.

Really beautiful and well-kept environment. Very kind and helpful staff. The quality of the meat is good and cooked impeccably. The simple tagliata is good, but I have eaten better. Also, the portions are really small. Delicious turnip tops. I expected the sautéed escarole (the photo is missing) to be cooked in a pan, also because I asked the waiter how it was cooked, and instead at the table I received raw escarole (salad). The extra virgin olive oil they use deserves a comment because it is delicious. They don't make the bread and you can taste it, too bad. The desserts are ok.

Posto molto bello e personale preparato e gentile! Noi abbiamo preso la Fiorentina km0 ed era una cosa spettacolare! Ottime anche le patate al forno! Super consigliato!

Ottimo ristorante non lontano da Pistoia dove il pezzo forte è la bistecca nel senso ovviamente della Fiorentina ma anche di molti altri pezzi di carne. Nello specifico ho preso un filetto da 300 grammi cotto e impiantato molto bene. Lista dei vini da migliorare. Io inserirei qualche bottiglia piccola da 0.33 cl quantomeno del Chianti. Anche sul vino al calice c’è molto da migliorare. La proposta di 2 soli vini fra l’altro non di cantine quantomeno conosciuta lasciava un po’ lì.. con quella proposta di carne, qualche bel Chianti riserva p Morellino di scansano al calice sarebbe stato il top! Vin Santo non commentatile.. prodotto estremamente commerciale da supermercato. Il 4 su 5 va esclusivamente per la cottura e per la bontà della carne! Per il resto avrei dato 3. Nel complesso comunque lo stra-consiglio. Prezzi onesti leggermente sopra la media. Ma ci sta!!
