A spectacular location surrounded by greenery, a place where you can breathe true serenity. The staff is prepared for every eventuality and demonstrates rare professionalism. The restaurant specializes in meat processing, and believe me, given my work, I've been to many similar places, but at Bistecca Amore we were definitely on another level. We had a wonderful time like we haven't had in a long time. I really appreciated the preparation of the staff: they knew exactly what they were offering, avoiding the usual "repetitive tape" and demonstrating a deep knowledge of the product. The quality of the wines they presented to us was also excellent. What can I say... we'll see you again very soon! Kind regards, Dario Moncada.

We weren't familiar with the place, but upon arrival, we had a good impression. A beautifully renovated rustic farmhouse with ample parking and a summer aperitif area with an adjoining pool. We had lunch. The rooms were well-maintained and furnished to a high standard. We had the steak, which was truly special. The restaurant's various breeds were expertly explained to us, and the staff were truly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. The service was professional, and the wait time was very short. Prices were moderate. I highly recommend it.

Ristorante incredibile. Dal menù alla qualità del cibo, tutto eccellente, servizio compreso. Siamo stati a cena per il nostro anniversario, cercavamo un posto per mangiare ottima carne e abbiamo fatto centro. Tartare di antipasto e una fiorentina di scottona km 0 come portata principale , tutta carne di qualità altissima, accompagnati anche da ottimi vini. Ovviamente i prezzi non sono bassi, abbiamo speso 135€ in 2, ma per un’esperienza così, ne è valsa la pena Super consigliato

Special praise goes to the waiters: kind, attentive, and always available, they helped make the evening even more enjoyable. Efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended!

04/01/2026: Wonderful experience! I've never had a better Florentine steak. Frankly, the price was even too low for the quality of the food we ate. I HIGHLY recommend it!
30/12/2025: We chose this restaurant on a beautiful Sunday in November, inspired by the numerous positive reviews, and I must say we were completely satisfied! We sat in the second room, more modern and welcoming than the entrance, and immediately appreciated the elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù, fried porcini mushrooms, a delicious roasted porcini mushroom cap, and the inevitable steak! A good red wine accompanied it, and a cream-filled millefeuille for dessert. What can I say... it was an absolutely satisfying lunch. We waited a bit for the meat, probably because the place was crowded, but it was absolutely worth it: quality produce, cooked properly, and beautifully presented... Excellent! The pappardelle with wild boar thrilled the kids, and the mushrooms were the icing on the cake of a lunch that simply leaves you wanting more. Considering the quality of the product, the bill seemed fair for what we ordered. Parking might be a bit difficult along the road that runs through this small corner of Nievole; I'd recommend arriving 10 minutes before rush hour. Otherwise, "Il Pellegrino" keeps all its promises and offers customers a totally positive experience! Top marks!
