The quality of the meat is good and cooked impeccably.
The simple tagliata is good, but I have eaten better.
Also, the portions are really small. Delicious turnip tops.
I expected the sautéed escarole (the photo is missing) to be cooked in a pan, also because I asked the waiter how it was cooked, and instead at the table I received raw escarole (salad).
The extra virgin olive oil they use deserves a comment because it is delicious. They don't make the bread and you can taste it, too bad. The desserts are ok.

Excellent experience and friendliness.... Average prices.. good quality of the meat.. some excessive mark-ups on the wine compared to the retail price (Morellino wine for 12 euros sold for 25) but it can be okay...

We returned to this place after years. We had lunch with a limousine steak and a side of roast potatoes and fennel with butter and ginger. All very good even if we remembered a more tender meat. Very attentive and thoughtful service. Prices in line with the quality.

During a weekend in these parts we decided to stop for dinner in this beautiful place! No difficulty in finding parking, they have many parking spaces... Inside, the room where we ate was all made of stone and wooden beams... Service 10 cum laude!! We were "pampered" all evening, in particular by a waitress (perhaps the owner of the place?) who really knows how to deal with children👏🏻👏🏻For the little girl we chose some mini burgers and we had a tartare and a Bavarian scottona steak, very tender and tasty! For what we ate, for the place and for how we were served I have absolutely nothing to say about the price...

Ottimo ristorante non lontano da Pistoia dove il pezzo forte è la bistecca nel senso ovviamente della Fiorentina ma anche di molti altri pezzi di carne.
Nello specifico ho preso un filetto da 300 grammi cotto e impiantato molto bene. Lista dei vini da migliorare. Io inserirei qualche bottiglia piccola da 0.33 cl quantomeno del Chianti. Anche sul vino al calice c’è molto da migliorare. La proposta di 2 soli vini fra l’altro non di cantine quantomeno conosciuta lasciava un po’ lì.. con quella proposta di carne, qualche bel Chianti riserva p Morellino di scansano al calice sarebbe stato il top! Vin Santo non commentatile.. prodotto estremamente commerciale da supermercato.
Il 4 su 5 va esclusivamente per la cottura e per la bontà della carne! Per il resto avrei dato 3.
Nel complesso comunque lo stra-consiglio. Prezzi onesti leggermente sopra la media. Ma ci sta!!
