I went to Start UP Burger in Vaprio with a group of friends on a Saturday night. The place was packed (I recommend booking), and the atmosphere was modern and elegant, allowing for a comfortable conversation even at large tables. The burger selection is truly extensive, with customization options and quality ingredients, while the fried foods are original and different from the norm. The portions are generous and tasty. The only thing that could be improved is the service: sometimes the dishes arrive a bit piping hot, or the fries accompanying the burger take half an hour to arrive. Overall, however, it's probably the best burger place I've tried in the area for the quality of the burgers and the variety of their offerings. Vegan options are also available. Prices are average. Recommended!
