Good! Friendly staff and all the most loved Starbucks products. Go there armed with a lot of patience because it is always crowded and there are few seats.

The place offers good quality drinks at reasonable prices, but the experience was marred by unprofessional service. In particular, the bartender Denise was unhelpful and rude when I asked her to repeat the ingredients of a drink. The other staff members were also not up to par: they served us drinks carelessly, throwing them on the table. I think a little kindness and attention are essential when working with the public, especially since we spent money.

It's a big store, worth visiting. There is a toilet in the basement, which is free to use. It's convenient for tourists in places where you have to pay everywhere.

The girl (Sel***) who gave me the cappuccino put a little heart next to my name and it made my day better. Attention to a customer is always what makes the difference. (Small tip: you could however reheat the desserts when possible, pan au chocolat is good but better if it was hot).

I prezzi sono un poco altini, ma ormai sono uniformati a Milano... Il croissants al pistacchio era buono ma molto meglio è stato il caramel macchiato: davvero SUPER!!!! sapeva proprio di caramello! La ragazza che mi ha seguito è stata gentilissima e mi ha consigliato bene!

Starbucks angolo Piazza S. Babila, locale che si presenta come un Grade Corridoio lungo. Non tantissimi posti a sedere, in certi orari bisogna fare la fila di mezz'ora circa per pagare e ordinare. Buona la Cioccolata con Panna. Personale Sorridente e Gentile.

27/06/2025: Such a sweet little place with an extraordinary team. The double espresso was perfect. There are places inside as well as outside seating areas. As I was enjoying the morning coffee, locals started to appear, a good sign of a great place. Nicely positioned in the city of Milan. I am definitely coming back.
27/05/2025: We ordered Hugo 🍹🍹 & they were one of the best Hugo I had. They came with some aperitivo with no extra charges ✨✨✨ The bar owners are very kind and friendly ❤️❤️❤️
