The coffee is stable, so be careful when ordering fruity tea-flavored drinks, as they become more and more unpalatable.

The girl who is on duty today (6:25pm) shouldn't be at Starbucks. The service is poor and she is not well trained, so she should not work in a service environment.

Visit it once or every time and the prices are acceptable (it is considered a tourist attraction for those who are close to the Duomo Square)

Unfortunately there is now construction in front of the Starbucks but for the same reason it remains very quiet and welcoming✨️

28/08/2024: Snack from maestro Massari....superlative apple dessert....an experience to be had....coffee up to par....hefty bill but it's right to honor the Maestro....the problem is It was the service that was truly forgettable.... apple dessert on a saucer chipped in three places???? ruined experience....I will never return....total perfection is always needed from the master to honor the greatness of the Master!!!!
