The girl who is on duty today (6:25pm) shouldn't be at Starbucks. The service is poor and she is not well trained, so she should not work in a service environment.

05/01/2025: The chocolate was thicker once, now it seems watered down, I won't go back.
03/01/2025: 12 Oz in Duomo is a great place for a quick break with quality food. The dishes are tasty and carefully prepared, perfect for those looking for something good in the heart of Milan. The only flaw is that the menu is a little difficult to read, both due to the lighting and the layout. This makes the choice a little complicated, especially if you are in a hurry. Other than that, the experience was positive and I would definitely recommend it!
