Very high quality of the croissants, I haven't found them so good for a long time, both for the filling but above all for the manufacturing of the dough!

The products are as good as the pastry shop is excellent. The sore point is, according to what happened to me, the service, slow and distracted. In a place like this you would always expect something more. Even at the counter there is a double row for croissants or similar and another for the bar is quite annoying... too bad

The environment is also pleasant, a large pastry bar but while the pastries are acceptable the cakes are absolutely imprecise in execution. I didn't taste the leavened products but to be honest they had "a nice face"

03/08/2024: Was in Rome for work for just one night with the singular goal of having an authentic Italian dinner. A friend who was local recommended this spot and it was exactly what we were looking for. There is nothing tourist trappy about it. Our waiter was awesome, carefully helping us decide what what to get, explaining regions of Italy and grape types. He suggested we get the salmon appetizer when we weren’t sure and it was fabulous. I ended up getting a red meant sauce pasta that was exactly what I’d been craving. Oh and the tiramisu for dessert was the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely recommend this place if you want an athletic dining experience in Rome.
