The lady who served us is absolutely lovely. This seems like a sweet family restaurant. The ravioli, brushetta and pesto pasta was great. The red wine was big and bold and very aromatic. They had gentle jazz piano playing which was very pleasant. Great experience, highly recommend!

Elegant and spotlessly clean restaurant with unique decor. The owner and her mother, the chef, are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. I wanted to try a traditional dish that wasn't on the menu, and they prepared it for me. The food was truly excellent, prices were reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

How wonderful.... A family-run restaurant where we found an excellent combination of delicious traditional Ligurian dishes and a very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value. A delightful evening that we will definitely repeat. Congratulations.

This place is AMAZING! Lovely quiet intimate dining area, the food was amazing and gorgeous wine. But the service really made us love this place! The lovely server was so kind to us and really made us feel welcome. The combination of amazing food and excellent service made us come back twice! Couldn't recommend more!

La cantina clandestina

08/10/2025: We had dinner at Clandestine last night. Macda “Mac” served us in the private room, near the bagno. That was THE best culinary experience we’ve had in Italy our entire trip (Lake Como, Milan, mRome, Florence, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano, and Cinque Terra). Topped off with the most unique dessert I’ve had in Italy: pesche e mango 🥭!
