A very simple but nice and clean restaurant. The dishes are excellent, especially the seafood, which is cooked and presented beautifully. The owners are very friendly and make you feel right at home. Truly top notch.

My family and I absolutely love dining at Stai Sereno — it’s become a must every time we return to Italy. We’ve had dinner here year after year, and somehow, it just keeps getting better. The food is consistently incredible, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service makes you feel like family. It’s one of those rare places that never disappoints and always leaves us excited to come back for more.

We recently went to this restaurant, recommended by friends, and we can say that our expectations were fully met! The fish is really fresh, the dishes are well cooked and you can tell they are made on the spot. Everything is very good and well-kept. The staff was very kind and the environment was welcoming and well-kept, we immediately felt at ease. Only small note: there is currently some work going on right in front of the restaurant and if you don't follow the directions well you risk taking a slightly longer route... but it's absolutely worth it. We will definitely be back!

If I could give more stars I would have gladly done so. Excellent lunch. Fresh products and abundant dishes. The owner and his partner are wonderful people. I would like to point out that we were there for the first time as new customers and we will return as friends. Thanks, see you soon.

The service is fast, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent Tuscan dish, quickly, accompanied by a glass of excellent unfiltered beer.

Le gastronomie di Mat - Osteria

07/09/2025: On a recommendation, we dined at MAT. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We ate really well and will definitely return. The price, in our opinion, was very reasonable for the very high quality of the food. It's also suitable for a family dinner with kids, like we did.
