Everything exceeded my expectations. The spa area, breakfast, room, tea-coffee-cake buffet, staff, location—everything was simply excellent, welcoming, varied, and simply fantastic.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Since the buffet and the seating area are a bit apart, some back and forth walking is needed until you can actually start with your breakfast. Cake and coffee in the afternoon is a really nice add-on. Drinks at the bar are overpriced, though.

Always a guarantee! Nothing at the Stafler is left to chance... extremely kind and professional staff, elegant spaces, and clean rooms. A varied breakfast with top-of-the-line products... Strategically located on the road not far from Vipiteno.

The Einhornstube experience was truly unique. We were more than impressed by the wonderful food, the personal attention, and the ambiance. We received very warm and personal service from arrival to departure.

The welcome and availability were constant; the spa area is relaxing, the sauna well-maintained, and the space ample; the room is exactly as expected with quality bedding; the decor accurately reflects the region; and finally, the cuisine is simply divine, and this is coming from a true Frenchman—a grumbler, a know-it-all, and pretentious, not just in the kitchen—who can attest to this: the food is of a very high standard of quality and originality, while also being flavorful, perfectly cooked, and served at the right temperature. The service is seamless and attentive. In short, a stay that makes the rest of our trip to Austria seem much less memorable, and we deeply regret having stayed only a few days. An unforgettable experience and a huge thank you to the dedication of this entire family who see their work as a true mission. Thank you, thank you a thousand times over.

My boyfriend and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel. We had a truly wonderful time, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to their kindness and friendliness. They were all very helpful and professionally accommodated our every request. We hope to return soon.
