The hospitality was great, all the employees were very approachable, service-oriented and friendly. Excellent food, excellent breakfast, good and very clean room, great garden, ... We'd love to come back!

I only refer to the services in the restaurant: The staff is very friendly, courteous and quick. Every special request will be accepted and implemented if it is possible. You are also prepared for allergies. The portions are very appetizingly prepared; after all, the eye eats with it. The best way to describe the dishes is that their taste is excellent and sophisticated. The prices are appropriate for the location, not exorbitant, although I would rate the restaurant in the upper segment. There is plenty of parking across the street. We didn't notice any noise, even if it was occasionally mentioned in reviews. Thank you for the delicious food and all the best!

Every time we return to this hotel we are more and more satisfied. We have been coming for more than 10 years and Irene and Angelica are very thoughtful, they pamper us every time. The spacious room with sitting area has another smaller, communicating room for my son. We used the swimming pool, sauna and bicycles every day. The breakfast is rich, the buffet well presented with local products and excellent cakes. All exceptional!

Very nice suite. The garden adjacent to the wellness area is awesome. Free eBike rentals are rarely available in hotels. We had our own eBikes and were able to put them in the garage and charge them.

My stay in this hotel was simply sensational. From the first to the last minute I was greeted with exceptional friendliness and hospitality. The entire staff was always helpful, courteous and really did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would particularly like to emphasize the warmth of the staff at reception, who always had a smile on their faces and helped me immediately with any question or request. An absolute highlight of my stay was the gastronomy led by Peter Girtler. Every course was a culinary masterpiece that was of the highest level not only visually but also in terms of taste. The attention to detail and perfection in the preparation of the dishes were incomparable. Every bite was a pleasure and the wine accompaniment was simply excellent. Peter Girtler really knows how to take his guests on a culinary journey that they won't soon forget. The ambience of the restaurant was also wonderful - stylish yet cozy, with excellent service that left nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet was also rich and varied, with fresh and high-quality products. I can highly recommend this hotel. It was a stay full of luxury, comfort and culinary delights. The friendliness of the staff and Peter Girtler's excellent cuisine make this hotel a real gem. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Exceptional restaurant, super professional staff and excellent quality of food

Good hotel, not crowded, welcoming, efficient, courteous. Cleaning and maintenance of the rooms is the only flaw.

Wow, much more than expected. Staff super nice, clean, a mix of traditional and modern. Large room, great view. Perfect stay. Own swimming pool for use, it smells very good everywhere.

Das Restaurant ist sehr klein, gerade einmal 5 Tische passen rein. Dennoch kann man sich am Tisch in Ruhe unterhalten und bekommt nicht jedes Wort vom Nachbartisch mit, schon mal perfekt. Wir hatten das degustationsmenue, fast etwas zu viel aber man hätte ja weniger Gänge nehmen können. Wenn ich in so ein Restaurant gehe will ich am Ende nicht satt sondern glücklich sein, hier war ich satt und glücklich… was will man mehr ? Zur Qualität der Küche gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, der chef hat 2 Michelin Sterne und das völlig zu recht ! Wir mögen es wenn man noch sieht und schmeckt was man isst und genau das war hier der Fall. Die Weinkarte gibt es digital und als App, ich hatte die vorher studiert und der Someliere gesagt was uns schmeckt und dass wir etwas in dieser Richtung wollen das wir noch nicht kennen. Das haben wir mit drei Flaschen gemacht und das Ergebnis war jedesmal perfekt ausgewählt. wie in Italien üblich sind die weine sehr gastfreundlich kalkuliert, beim Tignanello ( den wir nicht hatten ! ) ist der Preis im Restaurant unter dem VK im Handel in Deutschland… Was auch gefallen hat, wir haben weder in der karte geschaut noch darüber geredet, alle 3 flaschen waren genau in dem Preissegment wie die, die ich anfangs erwähnt hatte. Werde ich beim nächsten mal wieder so machen. Der Service war entspannt ( was ich als Kompliment meine ), kompetent und freundlich oder einfach ausgedrückt perfekt. ein Menue im zwei Sterne Restaurant ist kein Schnäppchen, wenn man vergleicht wie sich die Preise in der Gastronomie ingesamt entwickelt haben fanden wir den Preis für das gebotene insgesamt eher günstig. wir haben im dazugehörigen Hotel übernachtet, auch da kann man nur das selbe sagen, durchweg sehr nette mitarbeiter, schöne grosse Zimmer und ausgesprochen hundefreundlich ! Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen ! wir kommen wieder ( und dann werde ich eines dieser tollen türschilder mit dem hund drauf klauen wenn sie es mir nicht verkaufen…)
