Stafler In Campo di trens

We stayed in your hotel for four (4) days and I could say that overall it was very good. The hotel receptionists (Lara & I forgot the name) was really exceptional, they are very friendly and accommodating. As for the room, I cannot complain. It was all perfect for me. The facilities (swimming pool, garden area, sauna) are very functional and really a 5-star experience. As for the breakfast, the lady who makes the omelette is really outstanding. It might be simple but she always make the best omelette. The server of food are all friendly and helpful too. Overall the service is outstanding. Also the free use of e-bike wherein I was able to enjoy that much. I would also comment the housekeeping as they do an outstanding job on maintaining the cleanliness of our room. I don't know how they do it, but the room is extremely clean and smells really good. My only concern is the fly. The moment we arrived in the hotel, I saw some fly already inside the entrance. In our room, there were some instances flies enter. Also during breakfast. Maybe in the future, the hotel administration will do some intervention in order to address this issue. I know in winter it is not a problem, but for sure during summer it will be an issue. I know also there are some farm nearby that's why maybe there are these flies. But over-all, whenever I go back in Vipiteno I will always choose your hotel and will always recommend too. The price is also affordable and reasonable. Thanks again. -BR

An oasis, great location, great service

You won't miss anything at this hotel.👌 Very nice hotel, great park with plenty of seating. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, great atmosphere, very good breakfast, everything your heart desires. Beautiful spa area, everything clean. The rooms are very nice and clean. E-bike rental included, great e-bikes 🤩 Very good value for money, highly recommended. I've known this place since I was a child. From here, there are many opportunities to do and see great things.

If only we could have arrived earlier (less traffic)!!! We had a wonderful stay at Stafler, we would have liked to spend more time. The garden is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. The wellness area truly comforting. The food is delicious. And a final thank you for the staff, everyone is very nice and helpful. We stayed here on our trip from Italy back to the Netherlands. We are looking forward to come back.

Great hotel, not overcrowded. Excellent cuisine, absolutely top-notch cuisine. A very beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains and countless excursion destinations. Excellent service, very friendly and competent staff. We'll be back 👍 It's not easy. I'm happy to give the top reviews because they deserve them, but I hope they remain as authentic as ever. The Romantikhotel Stafler truly deserves its name! We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a premium double room upon check-in. The reception staff were always very friendly. We booked half-board three times and found the 5-course menu to be excellent! We also booked the tasting menu in the Einhornstube (2 Michelin stars) once, and it was definitely worth it. At lunchtime, there's a delicious cake buffet for all guests. The wellness area and garden design are well-designed and invite you to relax. The relaxing massage was also wonderful – what a treat! Overall, we were very satisfied and can happily recommend the hotel! THANK YOU for the wonderful time!

We've rarely seen such a great breakfast! We also loved that we were allowed to use the wellness area after checking out! Thank you for the friendly service and advice! We'll definitely be back!
