The hotel is strategically located in Bolzano's historic center, directly overlooking the square where the traditional Christmas markets are held in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Accessible only on foot, the hotel offers paid underground parking, literally steps away. The building is historic, and even inside, you'll find older spaces, such as the entrance, reception, and main staircase, contrasting with completely renovated and modern spaces. The room was spacious, soundproofed, and equipped with many amenities, and was well-maintained and clean. I loved the breakfast room, as well as the breakfast itself, with its wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner on site, with a fairly varied menu. Guests can also use the spa by reservation, for a price of €20 per person. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for a weekend exploring Bolzano and the surrounding area!! 🥰

We stayed at this splendid hotel in a strategic location, right on Bolzano's main square. We found the rooms spotlessly clean, the spa, and the breakfast room excellent. Excellent service, a varied breakfast. We will definitely be back.

We returned to this warm and welcoming hotel, with meticulously perfect details. The reception and restaurant staff were very attentive, competent, and kind. All the services, spa, and room, were commensurate with the luxury of the hotel.

Very central location, the elevator from the underground parking lot takes you directly to the hotel. Very helpful, friendly, and pleasant staff. Abundant, high-quality breakfast. A very elegant hotel, clean room, and the bathroom even has a hairdryer diffuser, a nice touch I've never seen in other hotels.

Centrally located hotel, beautiful both inside and out. Classic style. Spacious room and luxurious furnishings. Many much-appreciated amenities! Spa, parking, public transportation.

Location were great the hotel rooms on great level and good because it is new, the arrangement, colors and cleanliness are great thanks to receptionist shappy for the more than wonderful service.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and far exceeded our expectations! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious and bright, with a view of the cathedral outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every day. However, what impressed us most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is also ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Very nice hotel right in the center on Waltherplatz.

Locale molto moderno e accogliente. Camerieri professionali e preparati. Ho bevuto una limonata fatta in casa sotto consiglio del cameriere, “Limonata città” e devo dire che era buonissima!

Venerdì sera sono stata a bere un’aperitivo con le mie amiche. Aperol spritz buonissimo e servizio eccellente da parte di Tauland.
