Centrally located hotel, beautiful both inside and out. Classic style. Spacious room and luxurious furnishings. Many much-appreciated amenities! Spa, parking, public transportation.

Location were great the hotel rooms on great level and good because it is new, the arrangement, colors and cleanliness are great thanks to receptionist shappy for the more than wonderful service.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and far exceeded our expectations! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious and bright, with a view of the cathedral outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every day. However, what impressed us most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is also ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Very nice hotel right in the center on Waltherplatz.

A highly recommended hotel in the heart of Bolzano. Our standard room was rather small, but clean and perfectly adequate for one night. The only minor annoyance was the air conditioning, which couldn't be turned off in the room itself (it was only available at reception). Breakfast was plentiful with delicious cakes. Coffee costs extra. Unfortunately, there's also an extra charge for the parking garage.

Really nice hotel. In the heart of Bolzano. Very clean, good sized rooms. Very nice breakfast each day. There is AC, but the controller in the room wouldn't do anything. We had to ask the front desk to take the temp down a few degrees, and they had to do it. Weird but ok. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel Città for two nights. The reception staff was very friendly. The room, as expected, was furnished in an old-fashioned style, but clean and satisfactory. We decided to add the "South Tyrolean Specialties" dinner for €40 per person. The first course was a cheese dumpling with coleslaw. It tasted okay, but we've had much better. The main course, "South Tyrolean Gröstel," was abysmal! It tasted horrible. It consisted of chunks of potato and lots of small, stringy, overcooked meat, the kind we've only ever had in a can of dog food. The third course was a piece of apple strudel, which tasted quite good. We were the only diners, by the way. I wonder why! This review should warn all guests against eating anything other than coffee and cake! The breakfast buffet was good, and the service staff was always friendly.

Sono stata in questo bellissimo locale per passare una serata con due amiche dopo cena. Abbiamo ordinato tre cocktail buonissimi tra cui un negroni eseguito ad opera d’arte. Lo staff molto professionale e cordiale ha contribuito a farci trascorrere una serata speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Venerdì sera sono stata a bere un’aperitivo con le mie amiche. Aperol spritz buonissimo e servizio eccellente da parte di Tauland.
