Excellent hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfast room. Typical breakfast food offering to make most Europeans feel at home. The housekeeping was superb. Our standard room was cosy and warm with a very comfortable bed. The room was rather small but historic, with tight access to the shower - not a problem that bothered us.

We love our stay at Stadt Hotel Citta! Location is perfect, room is nice, and accessibility is great because there is a tunnel connecting the hotel with the underground parking area.
If we happen to be in Bolzano again, we'll stay there again!

Exceptional hotel! We arrived at this hotel because we were staying at the Laurin. I had a fever, so since we couldn't leave, we looked for another hotel. Luckily, the guy at reception understood the situation and helped us immediately. He took our bags to our room without asking, and sat us in the restaurant to keep us calm while we waited for our room to be ready.
Fantastic hotel, the staff was always ready and available! We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located in Piazza Walther, right in the city center. There's a convenient paid parking garage underneath the building, with a direct elevator to the hotel.
Well-appointed, clean rooms with all amenities. A kettle with Illy coffee and Dammann tea is available in the room.
Amazing staff, especially the receptionist. Breakfast is average but well-stocked.
Prices vary depending on the season.

The breakfast buffet was fine, with a decent variety of options: different cheeses, eggs, cold meats, cakes, and a good selection of beverages. The food itself was good and there was enough choice to start the day comfortably.
However, the service was not very welcoming and felt a bit cold, which affected the overall experience. The atmosphere was okay, nothing bad, but also nothing particularly impressive.
Considering the price, it felt a bit expensive for what was offered. Overall, it was an okay experience — not bad, but not especially memorable either.

It's one of the few places in the world we return to as often as we can. We feel welcomed, more and more each time. We took advantage of room service with dishes from the in-house restaurant, which was punctual and delicious. Convenient parking, adequate space, excellent breakfast, very central.
We'll be back and we recommend it.
