Breakfast was honestly just amazing, the ac did a great job of keeping the room cool even in the Italian heat, and the location is literally perfectly in the centre, when visiting Bozen this is definitely a hotel to keep in mind

The location is perfect, as it is very central right at the Walthersplatz. We sat outside on a very hot day and ate at the caffe here. The focaccia was tasty and the various drinks (with or without alcohol) were quite refreshing in the heat. The server was a bit quiet and we had to wait a bit for him to attend to us and the other guests. But he was nice and did his job well. Inside the hotel it was nicely acclimated and comfortable.

We had three nights in August in a top floor room facing the Piazza. Staff were excellent, the room was quiet and comfortable, but a little on the small side and the breakfasts were very good. Parking was a little convoluted, but we chose to park on the third level down as the first level was unbearably hot. The hotel location was excellent for dining, shopping and museums and there's a handy convenience store close by.

The location of the Hotel Città is simply unbeatable. Our room was extremely modern and elegantly furnished, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were particularly enthusiastic about the treatment of our dog, which was allowed to come along for an additional fee, but was well looked after. There was a special dog bowl, "evening food" and a sleeping blanket for him. This loving attention more than justified the additional costs.
The breakfast in the hotel was also excellent and left nothing to be desired. There was a wide selection, so there was something for every taste.
We will definitely stay at Hotel Città again and again when we are near Bolzano!

Very good location, friendly welcome, the room is rather simple, but ok for a short city break, good breakfast. The big plus was the underground car park with direct access to the hotel! Clear recommendation, the price/performance fits...

Beautiful café, this was our second time there. Super courteous service and super nice.

We had an amazing time at this hotel - the reception male staff member (Bosne?) was great, as well as the room with the view on the market, breakfast selection and the newly renovated spa. We will be back!
