We booked through The Fork service, the confirmation arrived immediately. Excellent welcome. We had two appetizers (a caponata and a burrata with speck and pistachio sauce) and two first courses (one with squid ink and one with scampi) - all very good, exquisite and refined. Generous portions. Top presentation! Thanks to the Maitre, the lady who is the hostess and the waiter, all three were very kind and made our first dinner in Palermo unforgettable. We hope to return soon!!

Careful cuisine, explained in a menu, with a very interesting tasting and a la carte choice with semi-gourmet, refined, delicate dishes, the result of an elaboration aimed at seasonality and the high quality of the raw materials used. Vast wine list, with native, national and international selection. Prestigious presence of the old-fashioned Dining Room Manager, something latent today, which, at the same time, made the difference, both in the impeccable description of the dishes and in the advice on the choice of wine. It is also his, the fine merit of knowing how to masterfully prepare a first course of historical Panormite memory, with the vintage flambe technique, which has now disappeared in the various venues. Recommended by our hotel. Welcome and quality service. The dishes are good and plentiful, proscuito as a starter followed by squid ink pasta. We enjoyed ourselves. The Sicilian wines, also recommended by the waiter, were excellent. All for a reasonable price.

Locale in pieno centro con servizio attento e cortese. Classici della cucina siciliana ben cucinati e proposti. I crudi di mare ottimi. Buoni gli involtini di spada (forse aggiungerei un formaggio filante dentro) e la pappardella ai frutti di mare. Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto
