Restaurant, in one of the access streets, to the old "living room of Palermo, with a linear, informal and elegant location. Careful cuisine, explained in a menu, with a very interesting tasting and a la carte choice with semi-gourmet, refined, delicate dishes, the result of an elaboration aimed at seasonality and the high quality of the raw materials used. Vast wine list, with native, national and international selection. Prestigious presence of the old-fashioned Dining Room Manager, something latent today, which, at the same time, made the difference, both in the impeccable description of the dishes and in the advice on the choice of wine. It is also his, the fine merit of knowing how to masterfully prepare a first course of historical Panormite memory, with the vintage flambe technique, which has now disappeared in the various venues. Dining room staff, present, attentive and very kind. Perfect compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Excellent value for money.

Sempre una certezza, poter godere di un pranzo festivo con la famiglia, in modo impeccabile. Piatti interessanti sia di carne che di pesce e vegetariano. Servizio in sala sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, come di norma, legato all'ottima scontistica The Fork.

A wonderfully elegant place. The musical accompaniment is very beautiful. The tables were well set, the cloth napkins were of a very nice size and quality. The two gentlemen serving were very polite, attentive and pleasant. Excellent wine list. The open wine I drank today was also excellent and generously poured. Water is served in glass bottles, which is not a given in Palermo. The starter and main course were excellent. However, I found the spices lacking. The people of Palermo seem to be terrified of spices. Unfortunately there was no fresh pepper on the table (good thing I have my spices in my bag for these occasions...). At lunchtime they finish very punctually. Some guests are less elegant than the restaurant: why even older people should listen to loud videos or video games on their smartphones is a mystery to me. Excellent quality food and impeccable service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The food and the service were simply outstanding! We were greeted with a complementary glass of Prosecco as well as a taste of their caponata which was delicious! I had the pork rolls with the pistachio sauce, my friends had the pappardelle with shrimp and calamari and the eggplant parmigiana, accompanied by a lovely bottle of Nero D’Avola. The restaurant is beautiful. The ambience is lovely. The service was sublime. I will be coming back.

The restaurant was recommended to us but unfortunately it was not a good impression. Courteous welcome, the waiter wanted to be friendly but didn't succeed well. The menu had little choice so we thought the dishes were more accurate in flavour. Little surprise, none of the 4 dishes ordered were to our liking in terms of taste and also the price because it was quite substantial. We certainly ate in other restaurants with fair prices and the food was really excellent. As a result, we won't be going back again, we were completely disappointed and didn't take any more food, ah considering that the characteristic dessert, the cannoli, wasn't even present in the restaurant's dessert list, this in my opinion is a shortcoming, then clearly in this regard it remains a choice of restaurant but I would think about it.

Sublime experience eating in such a welcoming place with a refined atmosphere. The fish is not only very fresh but with an excellent taste. Excellent value for money. The musical background is just one of the many icings on the cake.

È sempre un piacere, poter godere di una cena intima, in questo angolo di tranquillità. Ottimo tutto, dagli antipasti ai dessert grazie alla perfetta sinergia tra cucina e sala, la professionalità, poi, è la nota riconoscitiva e distintiva, di questo locale, con la presenza del mitico Maitre sign. Ferrara, il quale accoglie, suggerisce, spiega i piatti ed intrattiene il cliente con savoir faire e professionalità. Adoro il suo baciamano alle signore, gesto ormai demode'(purtroppo). Si torna sempre, dove ci si trova bene, perché non basta soltanto mangiare bene, ma anche, poter sentirsi accolti ed intrattenuti in modo educato, amicale e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto per la scontistica The Fork prontamente applicata.
