Liked this so much we ate here twice. Sicilian food done really well. Had a pizza, calzone, the tuna and potato salad, and a really nice craft beer called Ephesto. Davide is a wonderful host.

Very good pizzeria.. top courtesy and kindness service, the food is excellent and the guys are really good and kind, they make you feel at ease and above all they pamper you 🥹 I highly recommend

The restaurant is located just steps from the historic center in a fairly quiet area with parking. Pizzas are the specialty (pinsa dough is my favorite), along with excellent appetizers. The desserts are delicious and varied. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and courteous, although wait times can sometimes be long and it's difficult to find a table unless you book well in advance on weekends.

One of Catania's most renowned pizzas, it didn't disappoint. Centrally located, very attentive service, delicious pizza. Prices, unfortunately, are in line with the times.

The pizza was very good and served promptly. The service was attentive but not intrusive, and we were able to chat with our fellow diners at the table without feeling pressured to vacate. The price was in line with the service provided. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

Il Timo Gourmet Restaurant at Sheraton Catania

13/03/2026: This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.
15/02/2026: Last night, February 14th, we had dinner at this Valentine's Day-themed restaurant. The dinner was truly excellent, kudos to the staff. Everything was exceptional, with unique dishes: from the nuggets served in avocado sauce to the truffle and stracchino ravioli for the first course, and the braised veal cheek on purple potatoes for the second course—a true delight. I highly recommend this restaurant. The table service was also impeccable, of course.

23/02/2026: A well-maintained and quiet place. Impeccable service provided by professionals. High-quality food, and I especially praise the splendid craftsmanship of the pizza base. Easy to get to and accessible to all. Well... haven't left yet?!
