Standard service, quite assorted and tasty starter, unfortunately not freshly prepared and poorly reheated. The first courses, however, were freshly prepared and very tasty. We will be back to try the pizza. Good value for money

Restaurant where you can eat various fresh fish dishes in the center of Torre a Mare. Among the first courses, I especially appreciated the spaghetti alla guitar, cacio pepe and cod. among the desserts, tiramisu made by them. Correct price, very kind and helpful owner like all the staff.

Squarciolla is always a guarantee. In addition to the food being of high quality, Giuseppe and the other guys in the dining room pay attention to all the guests making you feel pampered. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo scelto la pizzeria Squarciolla per una rimpatriata con amici tra i quali due giornaliste note a Bari. La serata,però, ci è stata rovinata dagli avventori ( maleducati ) del tavolo accanto che a causa della loro caciara ci hanno impedito di colloquiare.Purtoppo non tutti hanno ricevuto educazione.Se fossi stato io il proprietario ........

19/05/2025: Ci vado almeno una volta al mese da parecchio tempo. Carne, a Bari, significa Churrasco. Hanno una selezione eccellente di tagli pregiati, sempre cotti alla perfezione. Da provare sicuramente le iberiche e le costate di Simmenthal. Nulla da dire sulla cantina, che offre una ricca scelta di vini. Quanto ai tempi di attesa, bisogna dar ragione ad alcune recensioni. Durante il fine settimana si aspetta molto, ma è del tutto comprensibile considerato il tempo richiesto per cuocere tagli di carne molto spessi e il numero di coperti gestiti dal ristorante. Se volete mangiare in un posto così durante il sabato o la domenica, non dovete lamentarvi se aspetterete un po'. Ci torno sempre volentieri, per me non c'è confronto con altri ristoranti di carne in città e, addirittura, in provincia.
