Small family pizzeria. No summer area. You can order both for takeaway and in the establishment. Really delicious pizza. Good place to quickly eat and leave. They are surprised when you order one pizza for two) But they actually ordered another one later) Coperto (service) 1.5 euros per person.

Buy takeaway pizzas. Pizza dough Bari style (thin), a little overcooked on the way out (edges of half of the pizzas burnt).

Masseria Torricella Restaurant

28/08/2024: Chosen almost by chance, in reality this farm turned out to be an excellent choice, first of all for its location, a few km from Alberobello and other places that I wanted to see such as Ostuni, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Tranquility and relaxation away from the chaos. The Masseria is large as is the room I took. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You eat really well both at breakfast and dinner with zero km products mainly of their own production (wine, oil, cheeses, vegetables and fruit). The swimming pool is nice for cooling off after excursions. Structure definitely worth considering for exploring the Itria Valley.
27/08/2024: Excellent masseria in location, beautiful swimming pool and good breakfast, excellent yogurt and cappuccino. Our room was simple... a little tip is to put some water in the fridge. Recommended.

11/08/2024: Wonderful place, outstanding food and wine pairings in an unpretentious setting. Service excellent, and made us feel extremely welcome.
07/08/2024: During our stay in Puglia I did my search for recognized restaurants in the Polignaro a Mare and Bari area. I found this Michelin recommendation from the La Bul restaurant in Bari and we were definitely delighted with the treatment of chef Antonio Scalera and his sommelier. We chose the dark and amorios tasting menus with the wine list that goes with each dish. The combination of flavors in each of the dishes was delicious. The wines , original from Puglia region, for the menu were very good . The restaurant also has an a la carte menu. We have tasted restaurants with Michelin stars in the US and Europe and this restaurant has nothing to envy them!!! It is excellent!! And the prices are very reasonable compared to prices in the US. Definitely the best food I have eaten in this area. If you are going to be in the Polignaro a Mare or Bari area, I highly recommend this culinary gem!!!
