First time after many years that we live in Prato, Valentine's Day evening, pleasant place, exposed wood oven which in itself is a marvel, very kind dining room staff, as soon as we arrive they bring the menu, take the drink order and bring a red covaccino with a heart, delicious pizzas, equally the Catalan cream. Impeccable service, fast and professional. We will definitely return. The price is ok too!!!

29/03/2025: It's an incredible place. The view, unbeatable. The staff's attention is excellent. The dishes are Gourmet, they could be a little more abundant for the price they have. But the quality is sublime. Totally recommended place in the center of Tuscany.
27/02/2025: Además de comer y beber delicioso, aquí es donde se inventó la Toscana. Encontré la propiedad histórica tranquila y muy relajante para alojarse, y me encantó con vistas al hermoso campo.

22/11/2024: The dishes at Strutura Birra are really good and the beers in rotation are always fresh.
14/11/2024: Comfortable environment, the waiter was very nice and kind, we had a hamburger which I would say was good, the dessert was fabulous... recommended
