A small restaurant in the heart of Teramo, their tasting menus are a different journey every time, and the wine selection is impressive. Special praise goes to the attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite places in Teramo ❤️‍🩹 Each dish reflects seasonality and a deep connection to the local area, with always original pairings. The passion is evident in every detail, from the flavors to the presentation. The owners are adorable! It's always a pleasure to come back here and be surprised every time.

A wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating. Refined and carefully prepared dishes, Lots of flavor and technique. Small and discreet place, suitable for a select few. The only advice I can offer is to have an alternative to wine for people like me who don't drink it. A bottled craft beer from one of the excellent local breweries would have completed my meal. Well done, anyway!

The skill and humility of these guys are extraordinary! An exceptional dinner, an explosion of flavors, a perfect balance between excellent local ingredients and the pursuit of shapes and textures that intrigue and amaze. A wonderful tasting journey worth experiencing at least once, or, if possible, at least four times a year, depending on the season! I don't know if I'll be able to resist next season... 😂 Bravo, bravo, bravo!

The finest ingredients are brought to the fore by excellent dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail! The wait staff is exquisite! They demonstrate a passion, attention to cleanliness, quality, and hard-to-find customers (highly recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as the chef takes great care of every need)! This is a gem of a place that's only going to grow! Highly recommended!

Io è mio marito abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario al ristorante SPOON un esperienza culinaria eccezionale, l'attenzione ai dettagli di ogni piatto è stato impressionante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, la cameriera ci ha descritto ogni singola portata con grande professionalità. Il finale perfetto il dessert era leggero e cremoso con una bella presentazione, il sapore davvero sublime, una bontà unica. Consiglio Spoon per un esperienza fantastica! Grazie ❤️ Alessia e Paolo

22/11/2025: One could subtitle it "an inn for free spirits" to paraphrase Nietzsche: you enter a "human, all too human" place (Nietzsche again)! Marco, the owner, welcomes you with a notebook in hand (so much for QR codes and the like...) and explains his menu, making it clear they don't use béchamel or cream sauces. He lets you choose from traditional Teramo dishes that bring you back to earth, in the age of virtuality and AI... The portions are generous and never heavy, they smell like home, they remind you of a true humanity, that of the most hidden affections, they force you to stay at the table and take it easy (in an age of fast food and frugal meals), there are no frills, it's all substance! Recommended for those who want to return to "human, all too human" and enjoy a simple and light-hearted atmosphere. Kudos to the entire staff!
07/11/2025: A small restaurant located in the center of Teramo. The food is divine. The staff is very professional. I highly recommend it.
