I'm a regular customer, I live nearby, and I've always enjoyed Spontini's classic pizza by the slice. However, I'm forced to write this review because the service tonight was truly awful. The first order was incredibly quick, but then it was a disaster. Waiters serve you without even looking at you, and when you look for them, they seem to pretend not to see you. Glasses are delivered hastily and haphazardly, amaros arrive 20 minutes after ordering (and only after asking a second time), amaros served in tiny glasses that don't even fit the ice we'd requested... When we left, we didn't even receive a passing farewell. I, who was with my elderly parents, was ashamed of the rudeness of the staff (especially the young, clean-shaven Asian waiter who served us both at the table and at the cash register). I regret not asking his name, because from the little I've seen of his colleagues, I feel I'm the only one who's exhibited such blatant and disrespectful rudeness. The problem, however, also concerns the more general management of a pizzeria. Due to the hasty service and the confusion, as some have noted in other reviews, it almost feels like a company cafeteria. Efficiency and speed of service should never come at the expense of the quality of human relationships, and in this case, customer service. Next time I'll think twice about returning to this pizzeria, especially if I'm with friends. I'll look elsewhere for what I didn't find here!

the pizza is not tasty and very thick unfortunately, i do not know from where the fame comes from, i think now it just comes from the cutting technique

The pizzas are delicious. The dough used isn't your typical pizza dough. Ordering a large comes with 1.5 servings. The slices are large.

The pizza was a little too rich for my taste. Otherwise, the service was quick and the place was clean.

Otro lugar cerca del Duomo donde se puede comer un poco de comida rápida rápida y barato! Este lugar también tiene largas colas, pero hay mesas altas y taburetes para sentarse dentro (aunque no hay mucho espacio). Usted compra una porción de pizza que es grande y profundo estilo sartén.
