It was SO SO delicious!! Putting aside the exaggerated size of the pizza, the bottom was baked perfectly, the crust was incredibly fragrant, and the toppings were thick and substantial. It was absolutely delicious!

THE pizza by the slice in Milan. Very good. Four stars because they only have Pepsi, not Coca-Cola. I personally recommend takeout rather than eating in.

Spontini is a place we always return to. We were only in Milan for two days, as part of a layover, and we still couldn't miss a visit. The pizza is truly delicious – substantial, filling, and always at the same, very good standard. It's this consistency and quality that we value most about Spontini. The service has always been friendly, smiling, and hassle-free, regardless of the time or crowds. This is a place we'll be returning to. And we do so on every subsequent trip. I've known Spontini for over 55 years, and for me his pizza is always the classic one (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies), which, fresh out of the oven (be careful not to burn it), is truly unique.
