I celebrated my birthday here for the second time and I must say that it is always a guarantee. Even though there were many of us and the place was full, everything was exquisite, good timing, attentive service and pleasant environment. Thanks 😊

We were so lucky to be staying in the neighbourhood where Spillo was. Nice craft beers and pizza. We visited on a Sunday evening and it was really busy which it deserves to be. Definitely worth checking out if in this neighbourhood.

Honestly, I don't understand the high reviews. It's a pub like many others... its only strong point is the outside space. Inside it's small and not particularly well-kept, the food is average (considering that it's a pub and not a trattoria/restaurant), the service is not very fast even if kind, but the prices are high considering the type of place and the quality of what you eat and drink.

Nice and welcoming place, friendly staff. The only comment is on the price of alcohol and spirits, which appear to be a little more expensive than the neighboring competition.

Buona la varietà delle birre e la cortesia del personale. Il cibo non è per niente male, ma ci è mancato quel qualcosa che ci ha fatti innamorare. Nel complesso la cena è stata soddisfacente e penso che torneremo per riprovare.

28/05/2025: We stumbled on Homemade while staying just outside of Rome, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The name fits perfectly—everything about the place feels warm, genuine, and, well, homemade. The vibe is super relaxed. No rush, no pretense—just great food and kind people. It honestly felt more like having dinner at someone’s home than eating at a restaurant. If you’re anywhere near Rome, make the trip. You won’t regret it.
