Spiller In Padova

I had dinner here last night (October 5, 2025) with my girlfriend. I'll start by saying I've been a regular here for a long time, and it used to be one of my absolute favorites for the quality of the food, the variety of options, the excellent service, and the value. But this time, I was disappointed: first and foremost, with the menu, which has been completely changed and now seems sparse. There are very few options compared to before, and overall, very few options for pizzas, club sandwiches, and Bavarian dishes, etc. The service also needs updating, lacking in attention in some areas: I asked for room temperature water, which arrived ice cold, and the girl at the cash register was clearly having trouble collecting my payment. Too bad... disappointed...

I was lucky enough to try the new Pizza Menu at Spiller in Padua this evening. They'll be reopening on October 6, 2025, with a whole new menu!

Beautiful and characteristic place, reminiscent of a brewery. The food is excellent and the prices are average.

A huge but meticulously maintained space, housed in the former structures of a historic Paduan brickworks and expertly restored. The cuisine is truly varied and interesting. Once more clearly marked by its Tyrolean origins, over time it has adapted to more diverse tastes. Personally, I miss the strudel, but I understand that if it doesn't work... The pizzas are generous and well-made, but all the dishes are quite generous. The staff is kind, attentive, and—always a pleasure—good humor. Well done.

Spiller in Padua is a great place if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere with good food. The space is large, rustic yet modern, with exposed brick walls and plenty of room for groups or casual dinners. Service is usually quick, even when it gets busy, though it can be a bit noisy at peak times. Prices are fair for the quality and portions. Perfect for a relaxed night out with friends or family.

Personale molto cortese. I piatti che abbiamo scelto erano molto buoni e sono arrivati al tavolo in pochissimo tempo. Luogo originale.

Personale gentile e zelante. Servizio velocissimo. Cibo di qualità. Sicuramente da provare ancora per gustare qualcos'altro, il menù offre ogni tipo di scelta !!
