We returned after the change of management, and I must say everything went well. The service was courteous and fast, and the food was excellent: I had a very good classic tartare, and my friends had two pizzas, both of which passed the test. The place is welcoming and well-organized.
My only complaint: the bathrooms are a bit difficult to reach; you have to walk through the entire restaurant (which is quite large), and it can be a bit tricky for those with small children.
Overall, a positive experience and highly recommended!

Spiller is definitely the top-notch beer hall for lunch or dinner for any occasion. The venue is very well-kept, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large seating area and the speed with which the waiters brought my order.
The menu offers a wide selection of dishes (including vegan options) and a wide variety of beers and drinks. I recommend making a reservation by phone.
I'll definitely be back!

A wonderful place to meet up and have dinner with family or friends. The food is delicious, and they make pizza, burgers, and even sandwiches—they do everything. I had pizza, and it was delicious, with excellent dough and top-quality ingredients. The service is exceptional; they know how to understand you and are quick to accommodate your needs. The waiters are also very friendly. The atmosphere isn't the best, in the sense that talking from one person to another, perhaps two seats away, can be a bit difficult, and you have to speak very loudly to be understood. But otherwise, this place is very good. Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, they forgot my order. In any case, I go there for business lunches, and it's not the first time the service has forgotten something. I've seen several tables without cutlery, where the plate would arrive and the waiter would ask, "Excuse me, can you bring me the cutlery?" The waiter would say yes, but then disappear. Let's just say that a little more organization wouldn't hurt, especially at a time when you have to get back to the office. In any case, everyone is very kind.

A brewery, pub, and restaurant in a sprawling building at the end of the Arcella, with countless tables and small rooms that make the service, while highly professional, somewhat scattered.
The decor is beautiful and the lighting is meticulously designed.
Very popular, sometimes overcrowded despite its size.
