Guys… Spezz'a Pizza is truly amazing! The dough is like a cloud: incredibly light, incredibly digestible, and you can immediately see that there's been a lot of hard work and proper leavening behind, far from just a quick dough. The ingredients are excellent and you can taste them from the first bite. The place is clean, the pizzas arrive hot and fragrant, and above all… everyone, absolutely everyone, is incredibly friendly. They make you feel at home every time. And then something that means a lot to me: they are always so sweet to my dog. They welcome him like a little gentleman, let him taste some meat, and shower him with cuddles. You can tell they truly love him. I always leave satisfied and wanting to return. Highly recommended!

We ate there for lunch on Sunday, two pizzas and two arancini. The homemade pizzas were delicious, one with fior di latte and one with scamorza cheese. Highly recommended.

We had two burgers and they were amazing!!! Their homemade bread pairs perfectly with the meat and toppings. It's light and you'll want to eat another one right away. A great find in Saluzzo!

11/11/2025: Everything is excellent, from the pizzas and focaccias that couldn't be better, and what's more, so many different flavors, meaning you'll be spoiled for choice. And the icing on the cake is also at fair prices, which is not easy to find these days when we're in the Mondovì area. It's a regular stop for a quick meal, and the best part is that it doesn't just have pizzas and focaccias, but also first courses, second courses, and side dishes. Congratulations!
10/09/2025: I had two delicious focaccias, and rarely do you encounter such kind owners at the counter. Plus, it's in a convenient location, just 10 minutes from the station. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: The place is welcoming and familiar, we had a table for two with a view of Monviso in the face (exceptional and romantic), very helpful service, good and characteristic food. To return.
17/08/2025: We had lunch at this inn, and even though we'd called in the morning to make the reservation, they took care of it without any problem. The place is reminiscent of Sunday lunch at grandma's house: cozy, welcoming, and delicious. The menu, consisting of five appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert, is very generous, all excellent quality and a fabulous value. The owners are two delightful, friendly, and approachable people, with whom it was a pleasure to chat between courses. It's one of the few places in the area that preserves its traditions, kindness, and love for their work. We'll be happy to visit you again!
