Dinner for two: We started with a bruschetta appetizer with octopus, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives, truly delicious. For main courses, we had a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare and salmon sashimi, both meticulously prepared. Everything was excellent, with fresh, well-balanced flavors.
