I purchased the pistachio and babà mousse cake. I would like to draw your attention to the pleasant combination, the sugar is well balanced, the structure is good and stable and there is no "gummy" sensation. I would also like to underline the professionalism of the staff: I was provided with a detailed description of the cakes on display, down to the individual ingredients and raw materials. The cake was well packaged and arrived safely at its destination by car. The thawing and storage conditions were well explained. I would like to recommend this pastry shop.

Dopo 25 anni a roma ho deciso di farmi preparare una millefoglie alla nocciola. Devo ringraziare il meraviglioso pasticciere che mi ha fatto ricordare i sapori di quando ero bambino. Una sfoglia croccante e saporita un ripieno gustoso e delicato. In tutti gli anni di permanenza w roma avevo rinunciato alla mia torta preferita per l incapacità delle pasticcerie romane. Grazie per avermi restituito i sapori dei miei ricordi. Assolutamente consigliato andate a provare i meravigliosi prodotti dolci e salati e beatevi della gentilezza dello splendido staff
