I attended a panettone course with Antonio, a truly wonderful and helpful person. We bombarded him with questions, and he was very helpful in answering them all, even those not strictly related to the course in question. The course was truly spectacular, I think one of the few that really gets you hands-on. After years of trying it at home with less than satisfactory results, this year I'm completely satisfied with my panettone, and for that I have to thank Antonio, who taught us his method and kneading technique.
For anyone interested in a panettone course, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!!

I took the PIZZA EXPRESS course. Antonio, the course owner, dedicated himself with passion and expertise, teaching us both theory and practice, and getting us to "get our hands dirty." He had us practice with the dough and the oven, providing the right support, advice, and tips that allowed me to replicate the process at home. Highly recommended.

Large leavened products course at Spazio Lab, the best course of my life.
Antonio is a professional, humble person with a big heart. During the course, there was a lot of theory and hands-on experience. We made so many panettone and colomba cakes, I'd never tasted anything like them.

Entering Spazio Lab is like entering another dimension. I've been privileged to have this experience. What amazed me most is Antonio Silvestri, or rather, Maestro Silvestri, whom I thank from the bottom of my heart. Antonio praises everything: technique, quality, knowledge, personalized courses, and more... and you leave having learned things that perhaps many other teachers don't know.

A truly unique experience!
The welcome was warm, and Antonio's overwhelming friendliness made us feel immediately at home, as if we were guests of old friends, making the evening even more special.
A personal first is definitely worth mentioning: Antonio managed to get me to appreciate the caramelized onion... which is by no means a given! 😂👏 A detail that speaks volumes about the care and attention with which the dishes are prepared, capable of surprising even those who think they "don't like" certain flavors.
The cuisine is refined but never pretentious, with fresh ingredients and pairings that convey passion and creativity. The atmosphere is authentic and warm: you don't feel like just a customer, but part of an experience that goes beyond good food.
A place definitely worth experiencing more than once.
