A small and welcoming restaurant in the center of Turin, where you can indulge in a refined yet informal atmosphere. We had lunch under the guidance of Chef Mauro, who looked after us with care and discretion. The Fassona beef tartare and veal with tuna sauce were delicious as appetizers, as were the handmade plin with roast sauce and the tajarin with Bra sausage. The mixed boiled meats with salsa verde, horseradish, and mustard were excellent, preceded by a sample of plin in broth. We'll be back to try other dishes, which Mauro assures us vary seasonally. Highly recommended.

It’s a hidden gem serving authentic Piedmontese cuisine. The owner himself is the chef, which explains why every dish tastes so fresh, refined, and absolutely fantastic. He brings the dishes from the kitchen and serves it with a smile. It’s priced fairly . Hand written bill .Total Italian local style . Go for it

The food was incredible, honorable mention to the best Plin and Vittelo Tonnato we had during our trip to the region. Highly recommended. Super friendly and efficient service. Responsive via WhatsApp as well.

17/11/2025: A wonderful place, where you eat well and are served with kindness and professionalism, all at a fair price. In particular, I enjoyed a fabulous platter, with truly exceptional cured meats and, if I may say so, cheeses. I also tried a pizza, and it was truly excellent. When it came to the bill, the quality-price ratio was truly exceptional. I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, and I'm really starting to regret not having tried it sooner 😁😁 Congratulations to all the staff, keep up the good work 🙂🙂🙂

The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available to recommend the best dishes. The cuisine is the real highlight: authentic dishes, rich in flavor, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course is beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, from the great classics to lesser-known specialties. The passion and quality behind every dish are clearly evident. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, more than fair for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those who love authentic Chinese cuisine and those who want to discover authentic, well-executed flavors. I will definitely be back!
