Everything was amazing. My husband and I shared a colt cut board, wine and spaguetti with seafood.
The waitress was really nice and the food was bomb!

Good food but crafty. We wanted to try 3 different first courses and the waiter suggested we do 3 tastings, so we said okay. When the bill arrived they charged us for 1 and a half portions so not a dish but 1 and a half without us knowing anything, because according to them a normal dish was not enough for 3. So instead of 14 we paid 21 for a first course. And doing the same with the other 2. In the end we got 3 tastings of first course 1 peppered mussels 3 bottles of water 87 euros. Be careful because it doesn't take much to get ripped off.

An intimate restaurant in the heart of Matera, where we had lunch with my family.
Truly genuine and fresh products and the selection of really excellent starters.
The first ones, we took the spaghetti “Felice” and “Peppiniello” are excellent as the second ones.
I will definitely go back next time and I highly recommend it if you want to savor Lucanian flavors and also innovation😊

In September, my husband and I dined at this spot in Matera, which seemed popular with tour groups. Though hesitant at first, we gave it a try as the staff was friendly and it was getting late. We had the crusco peppers, Matera-style meatless meatballs, vongole, and Lucana-style carbonara. The vongole was our favorite, and while surprised the meatballs were meatless, they were still tasty. The crispy peppers were unique and crunchy, not like bell peppers. With the right expectations, it’s a good choice—especially if you can beat the crowds.
