This place is top of the list for dinner in Forio. The setting is ideal and the service is outstanding. But what impressed me the most was the quality of the dishes. First of all, their menu is far more original than most of the restaurants in Forio, they stick to super good regional tradional products but with a twist and the execution of the dishes is perfect. Sheer delight. I would recommend the Tuna tartare, the Polipo con hummus and a special mention for the Genovese di totani, most appreciated by my Napolitan partner who is an expert in the matter. The wine list is also carefully chosen and we loved the local bubbles that were a perfect match to our meal. Also, price/quality: the best we found in Forio Grazie ragazzi per questa esperienza e buon lavoro.

The food is delicious and the service was perfect. I recomend to try different enters and share it. Don't forget the Chips :-)

Delicious food! The ravioli was full of taste while swimming in a delicious pool of butter. In comparison to other places, the service was just the perfect amount of friendly & attentive. If I ever return to this island, I’ll be back!

Nice place to eat dinner at Forio without reservation need. The service was really fast and excellent. I love their cocktail “gino e percoche” . The grilled octopus and humus was good as well.

The bistro of my heart. I met it thanks to a special person who took me there for the first time in October 2019 and since then it has become a place of my heart, a place where I return every time I want to treat myself to a cuddle, a carefree evening sipping excellent wine between a chat and a goodness. In recent years I have tried many dishes, one better than the other! From the classics of our culinary tradition revisited in a Spadara style to the sandwiches embellished with always fresh and tasty ingredients, not to mention the desserts that change cyclically depending on the chef's creativity! I never give up chips which are my favorite together with the Spadara Burger and the montanara (in the photo “Amatriciana version”). Carmine is a fantastic host, always ready to give advice on wines to choose based on the seasons and dishes! Salvatore's smile comes first and then the dishes he brings to the table, always with grace and courtesy. Splendid staff, magical place both in summer, when it feels like being a thousand miles away from the chaos of the street (despite being in the center of Forio!), and in winter. I just hope that sooner or later they can bring back the Sacher cake because it was so delicious!
