South's Flow In Caltanissetta

The quality of the products is definitely the restaurant's strong point: everything is excellent and mostly homemade, including the bread. The space is very simple, with just a few outdoor tables under a portico, which, unfortunately, doesn't make for a particularly conducive atmosphere for conversation, but nothing special. The staff is friendly and approachable, and the prices are fair, especially for the season. Highly recommended, and probably the only one of its kind in Caltanissetta.

Iconic. Since meeting Stefano (the owner) and seeing South's Flow grow, for me there's no other burger in all of Caltanissetta. Quality, kindness, iconicity. The bun is their strong point, expertly crafted, and the meat (whether patty or pulled) is also top-notch. My only complaint, if I may: use less coleslaw in the pulled, for my personal taste. Otherwise, always top-notch.

We hired Stefano for catering. Everything was delicious and high-quality; my guests were thrilled. Stefano is super professional. If you want to eat well, trust him. Highly recommended.
